An error occurred while saving the comment Eric MacColl commentedYou can create a field called last email sent. Just set up a journey that's triggered on email status sent, then update that field with today's date, using this: --today--
You could also create a field that has # of emails sent, and just update that +1 every time an email is sent. Put a time limit on it and you can also see how many emails are sent each month.

An error occurred while saving the comment Eric MacColl commentedIf the email is forwarded to a contact that's not in Autopilot (or Marketo in your example), would Autopilot automatically create a new contact for that person? And how would they pull in their name and other contact info if they did?
Is your recommendation simply that a forwarded email is counted as a reply? Or that an email forwarded is it's own metric?
I've found it frustrating when an email is forwarded, and then that contact responds back to our sales rep, but they can't find that person in Salesforce. Furthermore, the response won't be tied to the original person who forwarded the email, so the response metric is lost.

Can I add screenshots on here? I have a good image of how you can't see any of your smart segments that are over 24 characters long.
