I'd like to add to this some more tangible benefits to ALL customers... 1) could be used to automatically update copywrite year in emails footers. 2) allows all emails to updated at once should a company's office address change and therefore emails contain that information would not all need to be re-created. 3) similar if a company support phone line changes.
