  1. Allow selection of multiple journeys and/or emails in reports

    Be able to select multiple journeys and/or emails in the report section.

    It would be very useful to be able to select multiple emails even if they aren't part of the same journey or multiple journeys to see stats as a whole for those types of journeys/emails.

  2. Option to disable Headsup messages on mobile devices.

    For smaller screens the Headsup message is pretty intrusive. Having an option to disable the Headsup message on mobile devices only, while still showing on larger screens would be fantastic.

  3. Provide support for "Person Accounts" concept in Salesforce. Right now all SFDC Person Accounts are treated as companies in Autopilot.

    The limitation is that you can't create a custom segment based on fields on the companies page.

    We have released an update to support Person Accounts. If a Person Account is used in Salesforce then Autopilot will sync both the Account and the Contact, but will remove the email from the Account on the Autopilot side. This is to avoid having two records with the same email address in Autopilot and potentially associating the Account record with certain events (for example, page visits or form submissions). Otherwise all mapped fields will be synced for both.

  4. Use personalization variables in the Update Field action

    Use personalization fields within the Update Field Action to make it easy to merge fields into one

  6. Easier and more accurate testing of personalisation variables

    Testing a personalisation variable is currently a very slow process, and it can be nearly impossible to test all of the variations within a personalisation variable using the current process.

    My solution is that when you're in the email editor, you can select which Contact you would like to send the test on behalf of. This would test the personalisation variables for that specific real life contact, but would only send the test to my email address.   7. Check Pipedrive Deal Field

    I would like there to be a "Check Deal Field" condition. There is currently a "Check Person Field," but sometimes contacts have multiple deals open and I want an action to occur based on a specific deal.

  8. Set an Insights goal based on a list

    Currently, we are only able to set a goal based on Smart Segments. It would be great to be able to set a goal to grow an existing list. This would come in handy for webinar or event registration goals, for example.

  9. Allow searching for a contact through phone number

    At the moment, I can only search for a contact through email. This is inconvenient when I send text messages and receive replies. When I receive a reply, I only see the phone number, so I have no idea who is contacting me. This will be a very helpful feature and make the text message journey much easier!

  10. Download Invoices from Autopilot

    Ability to download invoices from the My Plan section of Autopilot. This way if the invoice email is missed and the information needs to be sent to an internal accounting team, there is no need to file a ticket with Autopilot support.

  11. Allow Lead Intelligence to be disabled

    Although the Lead Intelligence feature (auto populating data from Full Contact) may be useful in some cases, we're finding that it's polluting our data with unwanted and sometimes incorrect associations with companies. We wouild like to be able to disable this feature.

  12. Allow the "From" name and email to come from a custom field.

    In our scenario, each contact may have a different owner and we'd like the emails to come from the owner. We are dynamically creating an email signature from the owner using custom variables, but can not get the From name/email to match.

  14. Add activity type to Pipedrive Activity action

    Currently it's only possible to create "Task" activities using the Schedule Activity action, but this is not always appropriate. Being able to set the activity type would allow us to analyse the volume of different types of activities being scheduled and performed. It would also improve the 'scan-ability' of the activities on a deal.

    The Pipedrive API allows for setting the activity type (https://developers.pipedrive.com/docs/api/v1/#!/Activities/post_activities), so including a simple dropdown in the Schedule Activity settings would suffice.

  15. Integration with Piesync

    Create an integration with Piesync - it's a very useful bridge app to create a real-time, 2 way sync to other apps. It's similar to Zapier, but doesn't work on triggers, it constantly keeps 2 apps in sync and we need this to sync to our CRM, customer success software etc.

  16. Add variable fallback option for links, not just subject line and text.

    Would like to see the ability to have a fallback option when using variables as a part of custom links in emails. i.e. <a href=“http://test.com/abc?mid=--VARIABLE=0-->Link to something</a>

  17. Add the ability to send transactional emails

    Some emails are necessary to send each time a trigger is activated. Trying to send transactional emails via Autopilot today results in only the first email being sent, while the rest are suppressed.

  19. Ability to set the From Address and Reply To email addresses separately

    Have the ability to configure both a From Address and Reply To email address separately within the email editor.

    This will help when users wish to have a generic email listed as the From Address while also having a specific sales person's email address set with the Reply To email address.

  20. Add ability to connect to Salesforce Sandbox orgs

    To do testing, especially when evaluating Autopilot and rolling it out, it would be incredibly helpful to have the ability to connect to Salesforce sandbox orgs. Otherwise, it's not always practical or possible to do real testing!
