Managing bounced and unsubscribed contacts
It would be extremely helpful if autopilot could manage our bounced and unsubscribed contacts without adding those contacts into our total contacts number. Having the list would prevent us from having to reupload the bounce/unsub list, adding new contacts, then redeleting the bounces/unsubs, which we do in order to ensure no contacts that do not wish to be contacted are contacted. However, this is extremely time consuming and ineffective. Adding this feature would make it much easier to manage those contacts that do not wish to be contacted. Paying to have contacts on our contact list when they are not actually receiving emails or other forms of communication through autopilot seems unfair.

Yes, absolutely. Or at least allow us to selectively choose which leads/contacts sync from Salesforce.
