Add an On Reply trigger to "Send email" action
This would function like the "On open" and other triggers on the "Send email" action. It would be triggered when the recipient replies to the email.
This feature is now available! See https://autopilotdev.tumblr.com/post/161305151058/update-may-31-2017

would recommend to all in the meantime creating a zap that takes all incoming emails that mention a keyword in the email that you send (or other unique identifier) and adding to an autopilot list called "replied". This can then be used as a suppression list.

Much needed feature!

Please add the On Reply trigger. This is necessary to avoid irrelevant messages.

yes, customers email me back and they are still on a journey, very confusing.

Another example of why this would be important. Let's say that after the first email the user replies that they wish to purchase so I now want them to exit the journey.

Ditto! Top priority. It's a standard feature on Drip. More importantly, a "reply" is an engagement metric that's even more important than "clicks!" Add it to the reports too, please.

Autopilot isn't a good fit for us without this feature. It seems like a no-brainier.

This is a must have feature! Please build it!

I thought this would have been a standard feature. Yes please!

Good lord, please build this. Top priority.

Yes- definitely needed. We pull people out of campaigns once they have responded.

This would be a game changer as Autopilot without it doesn't work well for our model.

Fuly agree!! It's tedious have to go from the email to autopilot to remove a contact from a journey...

This would make autopilot so much better and flexible.

+1 this is critical when running a cold sales email sequence through autopilot. Most of the time for us the trigger for stopping further automated emails is when a contact replies to an email, not when they click a link in the email.

To have an option to check if the person has replied to the email or not and add them as part of the journey.

This would be awesome. So many applications for this.
Here is an example from one of our existing clients.
One of our clients "Accredit" has hacked this together by scraping the inbox when the email is sent and then force feeding a form completion that then changes the field status.
Another really cool thing would be to find the actual replay and add it to the contact record of the contact.
