Feature Request, Integration: Integromat
Integromat is far superior to Zapier. They have a visual builder that makes it very straightforward as to what the actual connections are. You can have multiple branches that come from multiple sources in one scenario similar to Autopilot's visual automation builder. It would allow a large exention to Autopilot's already amazing automation tool.

Text-To-Speech message capability.
Text-To-Speech message capability. For tasks like appointment reminders where a voice message is required if there is not an SMS option, it would be very handy to have the ability to trigger a text-to-speech voice message.
Twilio shows this capability https://www.twilio.com/docs/voice/twiml/say/text-speech.
Please consider adding this capability to AutopilotHQ.

please implement the liquid SLICE filter in autopilot.
I need this to do user friendly formatting of fields in the email. For instance to be able to output an unformatted phone string from 6403452334 to "640-345-2334" in the email text

Template Editor [Direct from Main Menu]
Ask: Make it faster to access and modify templates by moving the visual template selector/editor OUTSIDE of journeys. I waste so much extra time going through a journey (and I have to build a fake journey before I'm ready), just to be able to shop and modify.
Please fix. Thank you!
Also the 'Star>Email>Email Manager' option only shows live templates or something? Or I'm not sure what it shows, but when I save templates, they don't appear there.

Intercom's Integration
In general,
I populate custom field values after contacts creation. Thus, it is necessary to add them to a tag and use the "New Intercom Tag" trigger in my Journeys in order to sync the updated values to Autopilot.
Is there an option to automate that process, so I'll be able to sync custom fields without getting the Journey actions and tagging actions involved?

Auto-merge lists that share a unique identifier (email)
It would be great to auto-merge/join two lists that share a unique identifier (e.g., customer email).
I get a proliferation of lists/contacts across different journeys.

You need to be able to move the editor box, as it prevents me from editing text! Terrible UX.

Additional Hubspot integration support
Is it possible to get a Hubspot action to where when you send an email to a contact you are able to update the activity of the Hubspot contact with that specific email information? Right now it only lets you change/add contacts, specific fields and change deal status. It would be great to chronicle a history of what has been sent to that specific contact.

create a way to see if anyone is still active in the journey
So that you know if it's safe to shut off. Currently, the bottom right number in each box includes "invalids" or people who are stuck there. It'd be nice to know if anyone who is eligible to move through the end of the journey, is still in the journey.

Want to know where people click on an email once it's opened. For example, if you have 3 buttons in an email that link to your homepage, which button is most popular?

Ability to keep track of number of times a field is updated via API
Would be nice to utilize "Score" feature to keep track of number of updates to a custom field via API.
E.g. API hook updates custom field to indicate a call occurred; APHQ keeps track of these updates, allowing for ejection from journey after 3 times contacted, etc.

Add 3rd party activity to 'Activity Feed'
Pull integrated app activity into the Autopilot 'Activity Feed' to build complete picture of lead activity from all platforms. It is essential to get a holistic view of a customers journey in order to understand and serve them.
For example when a chat is initiated in Intercom, I'd love to see the chat in the AP activity feed and use that to trigger or incorporate into journeys.

Allow contacts to be retrieved by the API filtered by a Custom Field
We use a custom field to store a member identifier from another system but there's no easy way with the API to fetch contacts matching a particular custom field. We don't always have the email address ( or if it changes ) which makes it a bit tricky.
Currently we have to trawl through every contact to find the custom field that matches, surely that's a lot of work on your servers as well as ours ?

Subscription changes notification
Automatic subscription plan changes without notifications is not the greatest user experience. Please add something like "hey, your subscription plan is about to change to XYZ" to avoid surprises.

Make emails more dynamic with AMP
We would like to have the opportunity to create more interactive messages. You could RSVP to an event or fill our a questionnaire directly on the email, without having to change to another page. Hubspot Deal Field Trigger
In Hubspot, there is an option for entering a "Closed Lost Reason" for deals. I would love to be able to trigger Journeys based on the reason the sale was lost.
Currently, there is a Hubspot Trigger for Contact Field Update but not for a Deal Field Update.
