Pull in activity from 3rd parties into 'Activity' stream
It is important to build a full, clear picture of the journey a lead goes on in order to target them effectively.
Pulling in chat activity from Intercom, or Zoom demos into the activity stream for use in Journeys would be incredibly helpful (i.e. - increase lead score when they have engaged in a chat/ had a demo etc).

Assign Leads to Queues in Salesforce
Assign Leads to Queues in Salesforce
Salesforce supports the idea of Queues. For lead assignments for example, these can be a holding place where different team members can go in and grab an item off the queue.Salesforce itself supports assigning leads to a Queue, but the Autopilot Salesforce Assign Lead action currently does not. Is this possible to assign?

Refresh / Resync Salesforce Campaign Statuses
On a Salesforce Campaign, if I add, update, or change the Statuses available, the new data takes FOREVER to sync to Autopilot. I usually have to wait until the next day to get updated statuses to complete building my journey. Please add some way to update/refresh the available SF Campaigns and their statuses on command in Autopilot. (This feature is available in Pardot.)

Allow Proactive Headsup to show all the time
I have been chatting to your support team and I believe it is not possible at this time to ensure that our proactive headsup popups display for all users all the time and that they only show once. I would like this to show on our website every time someone lands on our site, regardless of whether they have already been there. Please could you look into this.

Be Able to Loop Conditions or Hold Until
Include the ability to add a delay and then loop back to the same condition to continue within a journey. This would allow you to do things like check if a contact has an open deal (CRM integration) and wait until the sales cycle is over before continuing to send drip emails.

Pop-up forms
I get that you don't want to do forms. There are loads of providers. Popup forms convert higher than embedded but Autopilot cannot find a popup form on a given page/landing page. Instead, you recommend using Zapier, which means using a form maker which is Zapier-enabled, which makes it all unnecessarily complicated. Instead just enable shortcodes that can be placed anywhere. Done.

Copy & Paste Segments of Journey to another Journey
It would be great to be able to copy and paste segments of journeys into another journey. You currently have this feature but it's limited to copy and paste on a single journey only.

Allow users to hide triggers and conditions for tech that is not integrated.
The triggers and conditions area on the right side of journey builder is clutters with shapes that I cannot use because I don't have that particular tech integrated.
For example, no sense in seeing typeform triggers if I don't have typeform.
This would make it quicker to find what I'm looking for in the sea of shapes.

Ability to hide users from the feed
We run test on many of our journeys so often see ourselves in the feed, which isn't really that helpful and adds a lot of noise. It would be great to be able to completely hide a user from appearing here, doing it by company would also be nice but not essential.
We're aware that we can probably do something smart with cookies and IPs on our site but it would be much easier to manage this from within Autopilot if we can.

Move "proactive headsup" into "journeys" as a "trigger."
There are two reasons for this:
1) That's what it is. Proactive headsup is nothing more or less than "anonymous visitor" being a trigger for a journey.
2) As such, there is no reason why you wouldn't want (or need) the full suite of options for journey management. For example, why wouldn't I want to track conversions as a goal? Why wouldn't I want to AB test?

Please allow the ability to assign devices based on serial number to AutoPilot Deployment Profiles
Microsoft only allows device assignment to AutoPilot based on one of three values or a combination of.
- ZTDID
- PurchasedOrderID
- OrderID
...but not serial numbers.
Users are unique just like a serial numbers. The dynamic approach, as explained to me by Microsoft, is how they manage the AutoPilot assignment to users. I just do not see how this is logical. One PurchaseOrderID could be for tens if not hundreds of devices. Not all of these devices are going to have the same AutoPilot scenario.
Even if we focus on just the ZTDID, we would have tens if not hundreds of dynamic…

Track duration of Page visited
Hi There! Would it be possible to get the feature "Page Visited" with the duration the user / anonymous user spent on that page - it makes a huge difference if the user spends 3 secs or 1 minute on the page (Example: Show Headsup Message after 30 seconds on page). I would guess you anyway track this (like Google Analytics). Best, Philipp
