  1. PipeDrive - Trigger based on which Lost Reason is selected

    For example, some our "lost leads" are lost because we failed to close so we want to send them a series to win them back. Others are lost because we are unable to assist them. We want to send them a series that encourages social engagement.

  2. Change 'reply to' email for alerts

    Add the option to choose the 'reply to' email for 'send notification' shape so it doesn't automatically choose reply to the contact's email.

  3. Tracking multiple websites

    Some of us do track multiple websites and were thinking that it would be cool to split the data in a way that one account can be used to track them all. Simply limit the number of websites an account can have and each website can have its dashboard within the same account.

  5. add email validation to Proactive Headsup

    It would be great if you could add a validation to the email field in the proactive headsup.
    Right now it is possible to add invalid email addresses there, things like 'aa bb cc @@ @ email.test'.
    I think adding this would be straight foward and it would be a good way to improve data quality and reduce user frustration (when they thought they signed up for an newsletter but never receive anything).

  8. Automate LinkedIn Messaging

    I use other tools to do this but I would love it if autopilot could automatically send messages to people on LinkedIn. Using the sales navigator url when you've narrowed down you search, autopilot would send set messages to those people and stop sending if they respond.

  9. Ability to filter reports by list.

    Request the ability to filter reports by list. This would be very helpful for our team to understand the quality of email lists. As of right now this is preventing me from importing lists to autopilot because my average emails stats will be skewed (as they sort of have already been).

  10. Allow for the CC field to be populated with a personalization field

    Our contacts often want someone else (or a second email) cc'd on all of their communication. It would be nice if we could add a custom field for this email and then use that personalization variable in the CC field.

  11. Enable more than 30 criteria in a smart segment

    Sometimes, I really need to segment with more complexity than smart segments allow, and without being able to do so, I need to stick with Marketo over Autopilot. I'm certain others are in the same boat.

    As an example: We make technology for law firms of all sizes. We want to have different marketing campaigns for large and small law firms. In Marketo, we have a smart list that segments by a list of 1,800+ large law firm domains. In Autopilot, however, I am unable to segment to out larger law firms based on domains, so I couldn't have targeted…

    So that we can use this shape at the end of each of our journeys, and so that when we 'extend' a journey contacts will continue from where they left off

    Create an option in the reply address field in an email template to choose "contact owner" in associated CRM (Pipedrive) rather than assign one particular email address.

  17. Social Media Integration/Management

    Integrate with existing Social Media publishing platform, such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Falcon, etc to see social calendar. Would help in planning communication across all channels and gain insights into how Social Media and email and ads and other journey elements interact.
    Ultimately we would like to publish through autopilot for complete control of content, posting, social listening, etc.

  18. provide the option to filter contact types who enter the Sunset Contact List

    This would allow us to filter out clients, so that they still receive our e-communication. If our prospects are not engaging with our emails, then we are more open to preventing them from receiving emails.

  19. Web version of email newsletter

    Today we have an email newsletter that we send out to the database. It would be good to have a way for this newsletter to be hosted on the web somewhere so that readers can click on "web version". we can then also link the newsletter in other ways.
