Yes, that would be awesome. However not only mobile push notifications, but also web push notification (like pushcrew does for example). 100 votes from me :)

Today nearly every modern e-mail marketing software supports tags. I wonder why your service doesn't have it yet, although you already have a lot of great features other services don't have yet?! Tags would be a great way to keep contacts organized better. For example I could seperate subscriber and buyers by list and seperate the buyers list with tags, based on the products they purchased. 50 votes from me :)
