    We have exactly the same issue. We have to maintain everything in triplicates, when it could be a simple switch based on contact property.

    This is exactly what causes us triple+ effort. We work in EU and we need to cover multiple languages, typically at least 3 for every campaign.
    I'd be more than happy to have at least a "Send Email" shape that would select specific email for contact language or other parameter.
