    We'd like to be able to do very simple surveys - maybe Yes/No type questions and log a response into a custom field? Maybe a comments box as well that logs to custom field? Nothing crazy. OK using a 3rd party product for NPS.

    +1. We have different Customer Success Managers and would like to send the message from the specific CSM assigned to the contact/account to help build the relationship with their CSM. B2B software type use-case.

    +1, we need this to work just like Salesforce list views. The most interesting data is in our custom fields!
