The lack of Zoho integration is probably the biggest reason we are considering other marketing journey applications. We love Autopilot as a standalone product and it's provided tons of value to our business, but as we scale if our marketing stack doesn't align with our CRM data then we'll need to make changes. Hopefully, this is in your product roadmap.
