    I'm using the Notification Email to notify Doctor (as a field) on patient's cases (as the contact). it's not a good idea to have patient's name in the email as it might violate HIPPA Compliant.
    Plus, the ability to modify sender name create much more freedom and allow autopilot to be able to work on much more different use cases.
