    In Twilio this is called Alpha Sender ID, and is available in selected countries.
    If you have configured a Messaging Service in Twilio to use Alpha Sender ID it can be used through their API
    https://www.twilio.com/docs/sms/services/copilot-send-messages#adding-an-alpha-sender-id

    It would be good to be able to use a Messaging Service instead of just a number from Twilio. This gives SMS much more credibility and increases responses.

    There is a workaround which can be used, adding a contact to a list, then having Zapier pick it up, and from there send Twilio SMS with Alphanumeric Sender ID.
    -but I really would like having the control of the SMS and the flow in Autopilot is the whole point of using Autopilot

  2. Split custom field "Full Name" into --First Name-- --Last Name-- field automatically via the Field Update function.
