    I've been trying to customise the fields i can see in my contact lists - at the moment I see name, company, email, source, status and created - but there other fields that would be much more useful to be able to see at a glance than these.

    I spoke to support about this and it was suggested that I fill out this feedback form to try to get some changes happening.

    I appreciate that the support staff are working the best they can with what you've got. Their standard response that Autopilot is "working to improve" and that it's a "heavily requested feature" is something I've heard a few times now when asking about features that are readily available in other platforms.
