  1. Ability to find & update contacts from the same company.

    What I would like to do is to create a journey that automatically updates all contacts of the same company as Customer if one of the contact is marked as Customer.

  2. Create trigger if email wasn't opened several times in row

    What I am looking for is some automate way how to reactivate the emails if they haven't opened 10 last emails.

  3. Allow for a event count f.i. #form submissions to allow for a cap on #attendees

    One of my clients hosts regular events for max of 35 people. Subscription through landing. Would be nice if submission 36 triggers a notification so the submissions coming after that can be invited to another event.

  4. Add a trigger to determine whether a user has taken an action within a time period

    It would be useful to set up a workflow that checks whether a user has completed an action within a time period. For example, it would be great to send a user a reminder email if they haven't logged in after two weeks.

  6. Pull analytics data via your API

    In order to surface information in our own dashboards, we need email interaction data by user (when did they click on a particular email, for example).

  7. Use the userID provided at identification when posting an event to Segment

    Right now when a user is identified with a userID, when you trigger an event to be sent to Segment (for example when tracking an Email Open event), it is sent with Autopilot's own userID (which is in the form person_9B7D3C7C-CFFB-4017-9232-8069XXXXXEAB).

    It makes sending an event to Segment basically pointless as it creates duplicates in other services connected to Segment.

  8. Add multiple Lists, Smart Segments, emails, etc to a shape

    Many journeys have several triggers and condition checks. Currently, I'm required to add a shape to the canvas for each. The canvas would be much cleaner with fewer shapes if I could select multiple Lists and Smart Segments to a Time Trigger shape or select multiple emails for a condition check, for example.

  9. Execute javascript with headsup message to do things like replace optin box with actual gate content for viewers in allready database?

    Not sure if this is clear. But essentially I would love to execute custom javascript so that I can make changes to the page with it. The biggest idea I could think of to use this for would be so that people who are in our database don't experience gates, instead they just get immediate access to the content behind the gate. But there are a lot of of other uses for this as well I am sure.

  12. event-based Headsup expiration

    Would be cool to have the ability to expire a Headsup based on user's actions as well, i.e. not only time, so that for example if someone has already performed a specific action (without clicking or dismissing the Headsup message), the Headsup message would not be displayed anymore.

  14. Development of embeddable widget of Activity Feed for other applications

    The Activity Feed is an invaluable asset to "know your customer." As wonderful as the customer journeys are within AutoPilotHQ, the data around how the customer has been communicated to and how they have interracted with you should be available to pull back into 3rd party applications. The UI of the Activity Feed is very well done, and would make for a very powerful embeddable widget.

  15. Tracking Multiple Groups in a Single Journey

    It would be great if there was a way to track multiple groups in the same journey each with different email days. That way some people in the same journey could be emailed M,W,F and another group Tu,Th. And if necessary, they could all be reset back to the same email schedule in the future.

  18. Split full name capture from a form into two variables for first and last name

    When you have a form with the field "name" being able to split it into "first name" and "last name" variables would be very helpful when sending personalized emails and messages.

    Has the benefit of simplifying form fields on the page, while enabling customization.

  19. Allow the "TAB" key to work on the Manage Custom Fields page

    Super minor but the tab key currently exits you from each field instead of moving you to the next one when creating a new custom field.

  20. SMS optin/signup or integrate with existing service

    Since we can currently send SMS which is great, it would be if leads can optin/signup with SMS. Currently a Zapier connection is required to existing service. It would a nice feature and in-line with Autopilot's way ahead.
