Has Not Submitted & Has Not Visited Page conditions for Smart Segments
Currently to get contacts who have not submitted a specific form, you first need to create a smart segment including all contacts that have submitted the form then creating a second smart segment to exclude all those contacts.
Has Not* conditions would make that logic much easier.

Add 'Journey Name' to fields available for dynamic insertion
Would be handy to have the Journey Name as a field that can be inserted into emails and notifications, like --First Name--.
Use case example is that I have a Slack message notification for when emails bounce... I'd like to have one message that has the contact's details and also what Journey the email bounced in. I can do this manually by having different messages... however would like to pull this across dynamically.

Possibility to build lists based on SFDC "account" / Autopilot "companies" properties. Today we can only build lists with "contact" fields
This is a problem when you are trying to build a list or a journey that involves any information stored in the Salesforce account object. I don't understand why we can sync account fields if we can't leverage those...
A concrete use case for us would be to use the version number that our customers are using to send migration offers. Or, what type of modules they already purchased to send them offers on other modules. All this information is stored in the account for us.

Enable a redirect link for all email sent
Due to a majority would use Outlook or other email programs which does not auto enable any imagery or html contents, as most of these application or company server have blocked these email. It would be useful if there is a redirect link auto generated by Autopilot, so that even if recipients cannot view the email contents right away, who may click into this redirect link to view the email content. As we used to have it with mailchimp.

Recent activity filter
do you guys have like a recent activity report.. that takes all Contact history and shows it quickly by Date? So I know if I click page by page in the Dashboard I can see who's been on our site, but that's slow and we have a lot of "Anonymous" hits. So what if Contacts go back to our site and are tracked outside of a specific Journey. This is what I'm talking about. If I could filter the recent Dashboard by "recent activity" or something that would be really good

Update multiple contacts as a group.
I would like to select multiple contacts (i.e. all from one company) and have the ability to update all of them at one time. For example, I wanted to keep all of the contacts in a list in order to track their visits to the site, but did not want to have them sent any emails. Currently, I have to select each person and unsubscribe them one by one. Processing as a batch would have been preferred.

Allow has/is not for segmenting
Add has/is not for smart segmenting.
For example has filled out form A but has not filled out form B.
Has visited this page, this page, but not this page.
It allows us to target specific emails to users to help guide their experience.

Add Text Label Blocks
Add Text Label Blocks - So that I can clearly label my journey at the times the block is not clear e.g. when running multiple "Check Field" Conditions

It would be nice to be able to filter the dashboard actions.
For example I'd like to see only the actions that are connected to a journey. And I'd like to see all actions of a user. It'd also be useful, if I could see statistics about clicked links, and also be able to group actions connected to a link.

Add a text box
Add a custom text box any where I want when creating an email to add to my journey. if I use a template email that does not have enough text areas I can not add more!! I am always trying to figure a way to add a small text box to make format look better!!

“Sunset” a journey
Wish there was a setting to “Sunset” a journey, which would mean it doesn't let anyone else START in the journey, but it lets those already in the journey FINISH.

integrate Autopilot with NationBuilder
An Autopilot-NationBuidler integration would be a boon to NationBuilder users and Autopilot alike. NationBuilder is a hugely popular tool amongst political campaigns and non-profits. It has rudimentary functionality for supporter journeys but the addition of Autopilot would be an extraordinary boost in ability to engage and grow our campaigns' supporter base.

New condition: Has Visited Page X time.
- Has Visited Page X time (X configurable) So with that we can fire a specific message to someone that have looked at a page more than X time.
Maybe a option directly in the current Has Visited Page condition.

Map Salesforce Fields for Deals
Currently, mapping is only allowed for Accounts or Contacts. I'd like to see the ability to map for deals so that tasks, etc. can be assigned according to deal stage, type of deal, etc.

Multiple trigger conditions in one shape
Instead of having to add 5 shapes (say for a particular type of trigger), it would be great if there was a "plus" sign so we can add multiple trigger conditions in one shape. This could be valid for many different shapes.
It would be tidier and somewhat easier to navigate.

Customize Contact Edit Screen to Show/Hide Custom or Standard Fields by Default
We use many custom fields and when adding an individual contact, it is very inconvenient to have to manually add each custom field to the edit contact screen. It would be much easier if you could choose which fields are the default for the edit contact screen. This idea was mentioned in a comment on the "Custom contact layouts" post.

Support custom tables that could be joined
Autopilot has only 1 table: customer data.
I want to be able to:
- store custom tables (i.e. order table, product table, etc)
- join them to create smart segments and provide true personalization.
Tables could be uploaded manually or fetched from ftp server.
With such functionality, sky is the limit.6 votes
