Allow selective syncing of Salesforce leads and contacts
I would like to be able to selectively sync leads and contacts based on field value(s) (e.g. Lead stats is active).
Hi all, thanks again for your patience. I’m pleased to let you know that Salesforce Selective Sync is now available to everyone: http://autopilotdev.tumblr.com/post/149343022958/update-august-22-2016

But the pricing is based on the contacts that you sync or the total number of leads, contacts and account?

Hi Peter, can you give us a brief update? :)

Hi, same as many others, do you have an ETA on this?
Thanks! -

I can not even consider your product until you get this feature in place

Can you give us an update of when this becomes available?

Can you give a rough estimate of when this function will be ready?

This is a necessity if you have a large SFDC database, else Autopilot will fill with dead leads & contacts - as soon as this is available we will sign-up as we have just exited HubSpot

Also synch leads from autopilot to SFDC that previously failed to synch automatically.

When you're ready for more input -- I've got a lot to say about how you can further improve your Salesforce integration. :-)

This is amazing that it's been started. Fantastic!

Very much needed and should be a standard solution.

this is a huge necessity. I have just deleted 3000 contacts out of my salesforce because they are contacts that I only mass email them once or twice a year. We need this asap. I want to be able to have autopilot sync certain contact types.

Yes - absolutely need this. I don't want to sync to our entire Salesforce list of contacts, but to specific subsets based on field values. At this point, I won't sync to Salesforce because of that.

If you mean to allow us to limit the Contact and/or Lead records that are allowed to be included (via synch) in AutoPilot (i.e. count against the number of AutoPilot Contacts that you can eMail to & track) -- then ABSOLUTELY this is a crucial improvement in the AutoPilot system.
I keep (and my clients do to) a significant number of lead/contact records that we do not actively market to . . . employees, shareholders, partners, etc.
Per the AutoPilot pricing model -- we have to pay for every single contact in that system -- but have no ability to filter out contacts/leads that we don't want to market to.
Without this capability -- you'll never see any of my larger Salesforce ORG's switch over from Pardot, Eloqua, etc.

This is a must have! We only want to work on active leads.

We have a number of clients that need this capability, or a workaround.

This feature will be really useful for us since we are considering syncing with Salesforce and Autopilot API.
