  1. Allow for phone numbers to be an option as the required source of lead gen rather than forcing email.

    We collect user phone numbers rather than email addresses to start our flow, allowing us to send users a direct link to install the app via SMS. The open rates are far higher by a resounding factor in comparison to email, and we can be sure that the user is on their mobile device when they receive it.

    However, Autopilot forces the use of email for the removal of duplicate contacts. We don't collect this information until later in our process. We'd like you to build the option to allow phone numbers to be used as the piece of required…

  3. Add to Journey Action

    I want to have the option to add people to a journey a certain stage from another journey (when they no longer meet the criteria of that journey) and don't meet the trigger condition for the journey you're sending them to.

  5. Smart Segment in sequential order

    In order to track lead new lead conversions (not repeat lead conversions), we need to be able to determine the action order for a smart segement so that it's if they first go to this specified page, then they fill out this form add them. Instead of leaving it ambiguous as it is now so that if a user downloads a form then visits a page they get added to the same segment (then journey).

  6. Activity Notifications

    While it's currently possible to set up journeys with triggers based on activity (page visits, etc.) that push out notifications, these notifications only deploy on the initial activity identified in the trigger. It would be helpful to enable notifications that deploy EVERY time a contact visits a page, etc.

  7. Automatically update field names in journeys

    If you have to edit a field name but the field is used in a journey (for either a check value or update value), the journey should automatically update with the new name of the field.

  8. Time Stamping Date Fields in Autopilot

    Would be great to have the ability to time stamp fields in Autopilot. For example, when a MQL field gets checked, the MQL date field gets stamped with today's date.

  13. Allow team members to only see certain journeys

    I manage customer journeys with AutoPilot for several clients, and would like to grant 'team member' access to the clients for their journeys only.

  14. Ability to geo filter heads up alerts

    Be able to change the content of an alert based on their ip location. So for example, people in the US would get an different message then people outside the US.

  15. Properly casing names submitted via forms (later used for emails)

    Often when people fill out forms they don't properly case their names so that when we autoemails from Autopilot, it might say "Hi elaine."

    Is there a way in Autopilot to make sure that names that are submitted as elaine or ELAINE or ELaine get properly cased before anything else happens?

    That would be supremely helpful.

  17. Better enrichment of contacts

    Would be great to have enrichment of contacts (better than current) such as https://clearbit.com/enrichment to gather more contact details, including social media accounts etc.

    I would like to be able to mark a prospect with when a journey executed. This could be accomplished by making a personalization variable for the current date or time available.

  19. Removing/archiving contacts that completed journey

    Subscription payments are based on the number of contacts however some of the contacts are only going through the journey for 2-3 months. I would like AP to archive/move the contacts that completed all their journeys to avoid paying for them when not needed

  20. Add referral source to Activity Feed of contacts

    It's often good to know where people came from in order to understand more context about them as well as to troubleshoot issues. The alternative today is using a separate tool like Mixpanel which isn't always accessible, and even when it is, does not provide a unified view of their actions on site.
