Embeddable video
I would like to be able to embed videos into emails. These are critical for all of our engagement journeys as video provides for higher engagement rate than standard text. I understand you can link an image or a GIF but playing within the email always shows better engagement rates. Thanks, autopilot team!

Request for More Visitor Details
If autopilot can show these detail in contact profile for every user entering the website. It would be great. What do you think? I know that autopilot can track UTM parameters and its shown in activity feed also but displaying these information in contact profile is not available. Consider it

Making fields mandatory
Recently, we had found a situation where when the email is not defined when the AutoPilot contact get created, but later re-added back to the record, the autopilot unique identifier first associated to the contact will no longer be usable to retrieve the records. To avoid such an issue with record searching through the usage of the unique identifier, can we make the email field mandatory (through the Autopilot contact entry interface, and API, and certainly means any point of entries of the data will be guarded by this validation to ensure system required fields are provided.)

It would be cool to have an ability to enter a personalization variable under the e-mail field
For instance - we are heavily focused on building a remote b2b operation - with that, most of our processes are automated.
To illustrate this even further: everytime a client is registered to our platform through its integrator, we submit a field which illustrates the e-mail address of this specific business partner.
It would be nice If we could transfer this customized field into the e-mail address field on autopilot.
That way, we could inform specific partners about specific actions from their user.

automate what to do with tracked replies
Reply IO can look at actual messages and pick up key words, such as "no thank you" or "not interested." It would be helpful for autopilot to do this because then those contacts can be put into a new journey.

Be able to use templates for internal notification emails
When using the internal notification, be able to select and use a email template already created.

SMS Smart Segment- Based on Bounce Status + Update Field to Home Phone
Allow smart segment to view the status of an SMS and if it bounces, we can segment that list; and also have the ability to modify the field to move it as a home phone; to avoid SMS bouncing.

Put more of a description around HeadsUp that it is a message instead of a chat. Many people that engage with Headsup on our site think it is a chat and I would say 30-40% of the responses are "Hi" (full stop- that's it). Their feedback when we contact them is that they thought it was a chat like Intercom and they get confused on why no one is talking back.

Add support for UTM Parameters to API
Add support for populating UTM Parameters / UTM fields via API
Currently I'm using external lead pages to capture new contacts.
I use the Auto pilot API to add new contacts.
Unfortunately I cannot populate the contact's UTM fields using the Auto Pilot API.
The only work around is to use custom fields but that seems to be workaround which causes confusion and also limits functionality.
I'm not sure if this is some type of intentional security feature or if it's just not available right now. This would be very helpful.

Fix PHP code for Add/Update Contact
If you copy/paste default code, this line causes problem i.e API call don't execute as intended, it returns false.

Can I see a list of all pages and forms I have associated a tracking code to in one place?
It would be good if under the Tracking Code section, I could click 'All associated URLs' (or something similar); and be able to see in one place (perhaps categoried by page / form, etc) every place I have linked a tracking code

Cleanup Mailchimp templates on upload
Have Autopilot cleanup unnecessary HTML code from Mailchimp in order to have imports of Mailchimp HTML templates work better with Autopilot emails.

Make List / Smart Segment View Resizable
Currently, the gray toolbar/list that shows all of your lists and smart segments is not resizable. If you use longer names, it makes it hard to find what the item you're selecting is without hovering over it for the tool tip to show. Making it resizable would solve this issue.

Add Documentation / Comment Function To Journeys
We work on our journeys with a whole team, and sometimes, the setup isn't entirely clear to everyone else (as we have a ton of custom variables in the system). I'd like to be able to document and comment on shapes and journeys to make it easier for my colleagues when I'm not around.

Log IP addresses for all visitors. Create Segments depending on IP/Country
When someone visits, track at the bare minimum their country via IP. This way we can segment journeys based on their location when they fill out a form.
