Autopilot should treat UTM parameters like regular fields on contacts. Why they are hidden by default and only accessible via Smart Segment is a mystery to me.
It makes the data very difficult to access and in some cases unusable.
E.g. I use customer IDs in my referral marketing program. The customer IDs are embedded into URLs as Campaign Source UTMs. To track customer referrals using UTMs I'd need to create a new smart segment every time we add a new customer - that's not practical.
