Would love to see Anonymous visitors unmasked. I pay $50/mos for Visitor Queue and then have to manually track back that data to all these Anonymous visits. Would probably believe that if this was offered for a small additional fee, you'd have loads of customers pay for it gladly.

Sad face that this has not been addressed yet. We also use SharpSpring and it has VisitorID functionality which is a real giant-killer from a lead gen perspective. Would definitely love to see reverse IP, device ID and IP address capture.

Yes Chris! I actually couldn't believe that there was not some way to unmask those Anonymous visitors using the existing cookie that is set. We use an outside service to perform this function and then have to manually tie that data back to the Anonymous visitor event in Autopilot. Even a zapier integration with all those reverse IP (unmasking) services would be very helpful.
