  1. Export Insights Reports (Emailable PDF would do)

    My clients would like to see how their journeys are stacking up against their goals. It would be awesome if I could click a button and download a PDF with the report that is available on the screen.

  2. Make "email permission" and "opted out of email" have the same name and at the very least make their values align. true=false!! ;)

    Just make them have the same name so that you don't have the opposite effect when setting the checkbox.

    I bet it will save you a lot of CS questions ;).

    Sorry to say... but it's kind of a "duh" thing...

  3. Add ability to see list of people within a Journey, as shown in Live View.

    The numbers available on shapes within Live View of a journey are valuable. It is vital to be able to see the list of those people instead of just the number.

  4. Headsup Limitations

    It would be nice to be able to limit the number of times a headsup shows on a user's page. The clicked or dismissed filter is not enough to ensure that they do not become a pain rather than a gentle nudge.

  5. Custom field embedded in a button

    It is super useful and makes clean design when it comes to sending a personalized Google Data Studio link or a proposal URL per instance.

    That would be huge to have this feature in Autopilot.

  6. Image Pixel Fallback Option

    Currently there is no available image pixel to deploy first party cookies as a fallback for when a user has JS disabled. Obviously this is currently available as this is how email opens are tracked, so it would be great to open this up for use as part of the default tracking code wrapped in a <noscript> tag.

  9. Give us estimated release dates of new plugins

    The Wordpress and Unbounce plugins simply say "forthcoming." Great, you're working on it. But I can't convince my higher ups to keep paying for a platform that doesn't meet my needs on "forthcoming." Can we get some kind of date estimate, even as vague as by quarter, such as "Estimated release Q1 2020."

  12. Create AutopilotHQ Custom Salesforce Object for Logging

    You have a great integration with SF (though it would be nice to see continued development to support custom objects and other features). However, when you turn on activity logging it creates, well, activities in SF. This results in the calendar of the person used for the connection between APHQ and SF being cluttered with tons of entries which can crash Google Calendar after large sends. The alternative is to burn a SF license just to connect to APHQ - that's very expensive (at least $1200/year).

  14. Exit intent pop up

    Exit Intent Pop-Up Form
    It would be great if Autopilot had an exit intent pop-up form like Thrive Leads. It would be similar to the proactive heads up form you have but better. It would pop-up in the middle of the screen (but not take up the entire screen) after a certain period of time that Autopilot users could choose or when a site visitor was about to exit the site.

  15. Hide shapes in the journey view that are not relevant.

    To free up some space and make it quicker to find the shape you need it would be nice to hide non-relevant shapes. Ex. We don't use SalesForce so there is no reason to have those shapes available or visible.

    Being one of our main Hub and centralized points of analysis, this integation is a huge miss for our Data.

    • Ability to send / update Events and/or Goals in Analytics
    • Dynamically created UTM tracking
    • Add to GA audience for Analysis
    • Many more..!

  17. Send form data to Zapier

    After gathering form data, autopilot should have a shape that can then send this form data to Zapier.

    The reason this is needed is that the current hubspot shapes do not have enough functionality.

    Example workflow which we currently have:

    User fills out form to download product

    User is added to journey

    Hubspot contact is created with details from form (Name, Email, Phone, Custom field 1, Custom field 2,)

    Hubspot deal is created with details from form

    Currently (as far as I know), autopilot cannot send these custom form fields to hubspot.
