    I'd like to show analytics of the database as a whole, some something that shows how many new people have opted into marketing in the last 7 days/month would be a great addition

  2. Export/integrate analytics with other tools

    Amazing tool on the automation/journey part, but the reporting/analytics part could benefit from:
    - Exports (CSV, XLS) on top of the existing PDF export
    - Integration to dashboarding tools like Cyfe, Klipfolio, Supermetrics, DataStudio...
    - Or maybe add the ability to send aggregate data (like "number of subscribers on a list right now", "number of sends this week", "number of opens over the past 30days"...)

    It's amazing to be able to create cool journeys, but it's also better to be able to prove management/clients that KPIs are being met (and being able to automate that reporting). The data feed plugin…

  3. A filter in the 'activity report' from a contact. Like only show: sent emails or segments or visited pages.

    For example; sometimes a contact calls our support team and
    refers to an email we have sent to them. We would really like to filter on 'only emails' (for this example) so they have a quick view on the emails without searching through the whole history. This will save a lot of time!

  6. Send (or make visible) Sendgrid reputation score

    Currently, Autopilot users need to ask support to see information about their Sendgrid reputation. Could Autopilot send a monthly digest email summarizing those numbers, and/or give Autopilot customers access to Sendgrid's information about their reputation?

  7. 30 day trash can OR UNDO for deleting contacts before everything is completed deleted and you lose everything by mistake

    Sometimes you want to delete a contact. Other times you forget that you want to just remove someone from a list or segment and naturally hit delete (because it's intuitive that way)... now you've lost the whole contact and their history.

    God forbid you're just trying to remove a list or segment that contains almost your entire database and all you see to stop you (while you kid is running around the house) is a little red button that says (in so many words) are you sure.

    Yes, I'm sure I want to delete this list. But nope, you've just…

  8. Make a way to wrap text around an image so if it's longer it continues under image

    Please make a way to wrap around an image (so if a paragraph starts to the left of the image and is longer than the image, once it's below the image it goes full width across the email underneath it).

  10. Track time spent viewing emails

    Track the duration the viewer has the email open for similar to Hubspot. This helps track engagement for emails not intended to send the user to a website.

  11. woocommerce integration

    There are some simplistic integrations with Woocommerce available through Zapier, but from what I can see, the personalised tracking of orders and repeat visits etc doesn't transfer back to Autopilot). A native integration would be great.

  12. We visits and mailtracking to Pipedrive or other CRM

    Better insight for sales rep. All darmta is available so why not syncing it with CRM or trough Zapier, lot of opportunities will open!

  13. Be able to add to the headings that you can see in All Contacts

    At the moment, the headings just display: name, company, email, source, status, created. I'd like to be able to add some of the customer fields that I've created to these headings, so that I can see more information at a glance, e.g. lead score, medium, campaign details etc.

  14. Sync Organization name to Person when Organization name was updated

    We are using Pipedrive and we always link persons to organizations. As we are B2B it is crucial for us to have Organization information in the Autopilot. Your integration does sync Pipedrive Organization name to the Contact in Autopilot only when person is changed. But when we update Organization name without updating the linked person the updated name is not synced to Autopilot.

    Organization name may contain the status of the Lead (i.e. that it is in the Sales funnel) and others. Organization name is the only way for us to give info to the Autopilot but it does not…

  17. Add the ability to change the color of different sections (especially body/text sections)

    I want the ability to change the color of different sections (especially body/text sections).Only being able to change the color of the "background" or the ENTIRE "content area" is EXTREMELY limiting creatively (it's impossible to make different areas pop!). This is the one major problem I'm having with your service, which I otherwise love.

  20. Where are custom fields used in journeys

    Being able to identify where custom fields are used in journeys before we edit/delete them, like it shows for segments/lists before you delete.
