Would like to add Segment events to campaigns so we can track email opens etc. for newsletters that we send out which are not part of a journey

URL generation from email
There should be a way to generate a URL of/from any email that is distributed in Autopilot, so that it can also be shared via social media. For example, there should be a way to add a link at the top of each email that states: View this email in your browser (and links to it).

excel native triggers and actions
since Excel in the cloud is the defacto queue and data interchange of all Microsoft's Power Automate plans, it would be real nice if AP could trigger from it, and write rows to it

Ability to drop cookie outside of autopilot
Have basic URL tracking structure that builds on autopilots existing cookie tracking technology that allows to drop cookies from comms outside of autopilot. For example: www.site.com/?id=email@address.com (or even better with a contact id rather than email address).
Would allow for all contacts, not just contacts that engage with automations to be tracked and page triggered journeys to be more encompassing.

offer an API for callbacks from Autopilot Headsup
It would be good to be able to listen to subscriptions through Autopilot Headsup on the containing page.
I.e. allow some sort of callback function to be registered that is called when a user subscribes.

Allow the language to be changed with Headsup messages
Right now the fields for our Headsup messages are only in English (i.e: First Name, Last Name, Email) but some customers don't have English as their countries primary language.

Download reports in CSV or XLSX files
Please allow report exporting in CSV or XLSX, it's actually quite unbelievable that this feature is not available, considering how advanced is Autopilot as a marketing platform.It's a very basic feature... Please add this!

Automatically detect blacklisting of your customer's mailing IPs and change IP in that case
Our mailing IP has been blacklisted for long time and we noticed only randomly now. Thats a lot of lost revenues for us. You should automatically check if your mailing servers get blacklisted and move your customers to new IPs in that case. I think this is something all your customers actually expect from your service. Why pay for a mailing automation software that only gets into spam?

Activity from Autopilot that is pushed into Salesforce as a Task instead of an Event
We would like the capability to have any activity from Autopilot is pushed into Salesoforce as a Task instead of an Event. For example, we sent a large batch of emails yesterday and they created events in SFDC, rather than tasks.

Salesforce disconnect/changes - dont delete Autopilot contacts
If I disconnect Autopilot from Salesforce or make changes to the selective synch options, Autopilot deletes the Salesforce contacts. There should be a big warning about that. Also I want to have the option to keep those contacts in Autopilot. Otherwise all activities are lost and can't be restored when I reconnect Salesforce.

Auto-refresh Salesforce Fields after reconnecting to Salesforce
I reconnected my Salesforce because of a previous issue and then had problems with my journeys because somehow I wasn't able to configure the Salesforce shapes anymore. It seemed as if the connection to Salesforce was broken. In the end I figured out it was just that Autopilot had forgotten the available Salesforce fields. The solution was pressing the "Refresh Salesforce Fields" button in the filed mapping. Took me long time to figure this out. Maybe it would be handy if Autopilot would always auto-refresh the Salesforce fields after every reconnection.

search for use of segments and lists in journeys
A really handy feature is to be able to search your code. For Autopilot, it would be great if you could search your journeys to find where a particular segment and/or list is being used. Because it's impossible to remember all that. Bubble.io does a great job of providing this.
