See full list/segment/asset name in shapes
When selecting a list/segments/email asset for a trigger/action shapes in journeys, let us see the full name of the list/segment/email asset instead of it being truncated to a character limit.

Create a resend campaign section to contacts who "did not open" the original campaign
Under the Audience section of the "Campaigns" tab it would be great to be able to resend that email campaign to the contacts who "did not open" the original email.
Right now it's a manual process to download the report, format it correctly, upload the file into a list. This will leave you with dozens of extra lists in your account for people who plan on sending email campaigns.

Add column customiser + saved filter view to the contacts section.
I would like to be able to change the default columns and save presets for what information is present in the columns.

Saved Container Templates
Allow the capability to save a container with contents, formats, links, etc saved and kept in tact so that it can be used in other templates.Would improve experience and increase efficiency.

Report
Full Email Report, of all records on a list with what action they took. Bounced, Open, Click Through, Unsubscribe etc

Pause Email
Pausing an email while I test other concepts
I want to be split test emails in Journeys. When I do, I want the control and var to both start at zero. So, I want to duplicate the control and pit the duplicate against the var, rather than the original email vs the var. That way, the metrics are more comparable.
However, if I do that, I cannot publish the journey since the original isn't attached to anything.
It would be good to be able to pause a shape while still having the ability to publish a journey. That way, you…

alert user when there is an issue with API integrations
Send an email or some sort of notification when there is an issue with the integrations. Recently we had an issue with the one signal integration but there is no functionality to alert the user when there is an issue with the integration.

Add A "Continue" Condition For The Send Email Action
I would like a way to have a Send Email action cause the next action in a journey whether it is sent or not. I know on the Send SMS action, there is an arrow option called "Continue", which means the person moves to the next stage whether the message was sent successfully or not. This means users can still progress through the journey if an email wasn't sent for any reason (bounced or unsubscribed).

Ability to save rows & sections e.g footer that can be added to emails rather than saving the whole email as a template
I would like to be able to save commonly used rows as a section that can be dropped into emails.
So when you are making a row, give the option to save as a section and theses then become components you can add into other emails. That way you can build emails quicker with a bunch of components rather than saving a whole email as a template.

contains vs exact match in contacts search
the search in contacts should be able to offer 'contains' 'exact match' etc in the contact search bar.
You should be able to search by first name, last name, email, phone, company, etc.

You should be able to edit the columns in contacts. change out 'company' for 'phone number' etc
change out 'company' for 'phone number' etc
Also, the search option for phone numbers doesn't work unless it's exact, rather than 'contains'

HUBSPOT --dynamic-- field update
In the "Update Contact Field" Hubspot Action, it doesn't seem possible for the oment to use dynamic data like --Company Name" to update a field in Hubspot from a value in Autopilot. Updating is limited to static data, which is really not practical.
Would it be possible to improve it? That would be a HUGE strength for that integration.1 vote -
delays respect weekdays
Is there a way to have the "delays" only consider week days. For instance, we sell B2B and sending a follow up in 4 days, is very different than sending the initial email on a Friday and the follow up on a Monday. Most of the people we send to only check emails during work hours.

Send users email notifications about any integrations or connections that require attention (like re-authentication)
This would allow users to act on any broken connections without having to wonder what went wrong in their journey.
