delays respect weekdays
Is there a way to have the "delays" only consider week days. For instance, we sell B2B and sending a follow up in 4 days, is very different than sending the initial email on a Friday and the follow up on a Monday. Most of the people we send to only check emails during work hours.

Action to send Intercom message
An action that can send an inapp message directly from Intercom. Another automation tool (Encharge.io) can already do this and I think you guys are much better than them.

Send emails to the account owner when Salesforce errors are logged
Send an email to the account owner email address to notify of any salesforce errors to prevent them from going unnoticed and so crucial journeys don't stay broken.

Sync Organization name to Person when Organization name was updated
We are using Pipedrive and we always link persons to organizations. As we are B2B it is crucial for us to have Organization information in the Autopilot. Your integration does sync Pipedrive Organization name to the Contact in Autopilot only when person is changed. But when we update Organization name without updating the linked person the updated name is not synced to Autopilot.
Organization name may contain the status of the Lead (i.e. that it is in the Sales funnel) and others. Organization name is the only way for us to give info to the Autopilot but it does not…

Where are custom fields used in journeys
Being able to identify where custom fields are used in journeys before we edit/delete them, like it shows for segments/lists before you delete.

Make individual activity downloadable
You can download individual activity in a spreadsheet e.g., Jane Doe opened Sign Up Email, Visited ABC website, submitted form 123 Download, etc.

Add a GET list by to the API
instead of getting all lists and having to filter them out, we should be able to get a single list by its name. Or maybe be able to filter the lists by name in case multiple lists have similar names.

woocommerce integration
There are some simplistic integrations with Woocommerce available through Zapier, but from what I can see, the personalised tracking of orders and repeat visits etc doesn't transfer back to Autopilot). A native integration would be great.

build a "header/footer" template that can be easily updated for any selected emails
For example, our footer includes our physical mailing address, but it is changing, and thus we need to update every email we've written to our new address. A feature that allows someone to update their header/footer with items people are most likely to include "(address, contact information, unsubscribe information, etc.)" would save a lot of time.

Export Insights Reports (Emailable PDF would do)
My clients would like to see how their journeys are stacking up against their goals. It would be awesome if I could click a button and download a PDF with the report that is available on the screen.

Make "email permission" and "opted out of email" have the same name and at the very least make their values align. true=false!! ;)
Just make them have the same name so that you don't have the opposite effect when setting the checkbox.
I bet it will save you a lot of CS questions ;).
Sorry to say... but it's kind of a "duh" thing...

Add ability to see list of people within a Journey, as shown in Live View.
The numbers available on shapes within Live View of a journey are valuable. It is vital to be able to see the list of those people instead of just the number.

Headsup Limitations
It would be nice to be able to limit the number of times a headsup shows on a user's page. The clicked or dismissed filter is not enough to ensure that they do not become a pain rather than a gentle nudge.
