  2. Allow the language to be changed with Headsup messages

    Right now the fields for our Headsup messages are only in English (i.e: First Name, Last Name, Email) but some customers don't have English as their countries primary language.

  4. Automatically detect blacklisting of your customer's mailing IPs and change IP in that case

    Our mailing IP has been blacklisted for long time and we noticed only randomly now. Thats a lot of lost revenues for us. You should automatically check if your mailing servers get blacklisted and move your customers to new IPs in that case. I think this is something all your customers actually expect from your service. Why pay for a mailing automation software that only gets into spam?

  5. Salesforce disconnect/changes - dont delete Autopilot contacts

    If I disconnect Autopilot from Salesforce or make changes to the selective synch options, Autopilot deletes the Salesforce contacts. There should be a big warning about that. Also I want to have the option to keep those contacts in Autopilot. Otherwise all activities are lost and can't be restored when I reconnect Salesforce.

  6. Allow Loom Videos to be embedded

    I would love to be able to simply add a loom link into the video section without having to upload to youtube or vimeo.

  7. Landingi landing page builder form integration into autopilot

    We have moved from instapage to landingi landing page creator ... Landingi is great but we're not sure about whether it can integrate into autopilot?

  8. create a way to print the set up of a journey

    I need to share the process with my team. Tech support recommended that I take screen shots but the quality is not good. Make it easy to print.

  9. search for use of segments and lists in journeys

    A really handy feature is to be able to search your code. For Autopilot, it would be great if you could search your journeys to find where a particular segment and/or list is being used. Because it's impossible to remember all that. Bubble.io does a great job of providing this.

  10. Export/integrate analytics with other tools

    Amazing tool on the automation/journey part, but the reporting/analytics part could benefit from:
    - Exports (CSV, XLS) on top of the existing PDF export
    - Integration to dashboarding tools like Cyfe, Klipfolio, Supermetrics, DataStudio...
    - Or maybe add the ability to send aggregate data (like "number of subscribers on a list right now", "number of sends this week", "number of opens over the past 30days"...)

    It's amazing to be able to create cool journeys, but it's also better to be able to prove management/clients that KPIs are being met (and being able to automate that reporting). The data feed plugin…

  11. A filter in the 'activity report' from a contact. Like only show: sent emails or segments or visited pages.

    For example; sometimes a contact calls our support team and
    refers to an email we have sent to them. We would really like to filter on 'only emails' (for this example) so they have a quick view on the emails without searching through the whole history. This will save a lot of time!

  14. 30 day trash can OR UNDO for deleting contacts before everything is completed deleted and you lose everything by mistake

    Sometimes you want to delete a contact. Other times you forget that you want to just remove someone from a list or segment and naturally hit delete (because it's intuitive that way)... now you've lost the whole contact and their history.

    God forbid you're just trying to remove a list or segment that contains almost your entire database and all you see to stop you (while you kid is running around the house) is a little red button that says (in so many words) are you sure.

    Yes, I'm sure I want to delete this list. But nope, you've just…

  15. Make a way to wrap text around an image so if it's longer it continues under image

    Please make a way to wrap around an image (so if a paragraph starts to the left of the image and is longer than the image, once it's below the image it goes full width across the email underneath it).

    Enable salesforce to sync with the account object as well, not just the contact object.

    Track the duration the viewer has the email open for similar to Hubspot. This helps track engagement for emails not intended to send the user to a website.

  18. We visits and mailtracking to Pipedrive or other CRM

    Better insight for sales rep. All darmta is available so why not syncing it with CRM or trough Zapier, lot of opportunities will open!

  19. Be able to add to the headings that you can see in All Contacts

    At the moment, the headings just display: name, company, email, source, status, created. I'd like to be able to add some of the customer fields that I've created to these headings, so that I can see more information at a glance, e.g. lead score, medium, campaign details etc.

  20. have the ability to layer text over an image

    It would be great to be able to stack a text block over an image. I don't want to have to go to Photoshop just to change the text in my image!
