    More information on who edits, publishes and stops a campaign. This would be helpful in knowing which team members is involved in the entire campaign creation process.

  4. Exclude internal traffic/ip from Autopilot (just like Google Analytics)

    The heaviest users of a website tend to be people from within the organisation. So it makes sense to remove this group from your Autopilot traffic otherwise your visitor figures will be artificially inflated by internal use. Your data will also be skewed by their behaviour, and have a detrimental effect on conversion rate optimisation.

  6. Integrated preheader solution

    I would love to get a possibility to add preheader directly in the editor without having to add CSS through the HTML block.
    When sending emails through AP is a must to use a preheader, and it's too easy to forget when it's not a native functionality.

  7. Export open, click and unsubscribe data to Google Sheets

    As per the titles, it would be really helpful to be able to export, either manually or automatically (using Zapier) the open, click and unsubscribe rates to Google Sheet. Being able to do this would allow me to create custom Data Studio reports so we can track revenue and attribute it to specific emails.

  8. Ejection shouldn't (or have choice not to) count in conversion stats

    If we use the eject shape to eject people who shouldn't have been in the journey in the first place (as we get the data that they're not right for the journey)... I don't think it should count in the conversion stats... it messes up the conversion stats...

    The stats in insights currently counts even ejected contacts as valid entries, so if they didn't convert, it lowers the conversion percentage. Whereas I think they shouldn't count.

  9. Contact no. and Company Name Field in the Chat Bot

    It would be really helpful if there's a field to ask for visitor's for their contact no. and company name. This will help have a better qualified lead. Also, If there is a way to add custom fields it would help customise the chat bot according to the organisation specific requirements

  10. Add projects to Delighted action

    Delighed (https://delighted.com) now supports Projects, which is really cool as most companies have more than one product / projects / teams which needs NPS.

    However, Autopilot doesn't support selecting which project the NPS survey should be sent from so it always is connected to the first one / default.

    Can you please add possibility to select project in the Delightful NPS action?

  13. Creating Blocks of Shapes so that it can be called later in other journeys.

    I usually use some shapes together and have noticed the format sticking with all my journeys. For example - Send Email - Update Email Sent On - Add Delay - Update Email Sent Status - Check Email Status and so on. If there is a provision to create Blocks, like sub-programs, they can be called as a Block rather than creating the structure again. The journey representation would also be simpler. I think it would make journey creation faster and representation easier to understand.

  14. Add more info on journey nodes for Salesforce campaign triggers/actions

    When using Salesforce campaigns within journies, both as actions and triggers, there isn't enough information provided on the corresponding node like there are on most other elements.

    I have lead scoring and page tracking journies setup which reference a lot of Salesforce campaigns, and when I'm making additions or reviewing these for errors, I have to click in and out of every single one to make sure it's tied to the correct campaign.   15. Track "ctrl+left click" to scroll the canvas

    In addition to the navigation box in the bottom left, having the ability to ctrl+click / drag to scroll would be a great addition. Other services with a similar canvas style interface have successfully captured the click style so should be a feasible addition.

    Solutions that play in the same space as Autopilot are now integrating with technology like clearbit to identify anonymous visitors without the visitor having to fill out a form or receive a prior email. In other words, when the user visits a website, various telemetry such as IP addresses are used to make a likely determination that the visitor is from company XYZ (without this user having been targeted via email or having filled out a form).   17. Allow us to create/read/update/delete REST Hooks via the dashboard UI instead of via the API

    The REST Hooks are a useful feature. It would be great if there were a UI to set the trigger event and target_url values instead of having to do it by speaking HTTP with the Autopilot API directly.

  18. Ability to see pending queue of activities to happen in future

    Need the ability to see pending queue of emails, etc and when they will happen in the future because when someone enters a delay that fires within a time window, there's no insight into when that action would deliver... and if your server goes down again... and something won't go out as expected because your server was down in the firing window... at least we can see when the emails or other actions are expected to fire so we can make adjustments. Otherwise, it's yet another black box.

  20. Customize Columns of list of Journeys.

    Customize Columns of list of Journeys. I'd like to be able to customize which columns and the spacing of columns for the journey list.

    I don't need the "Created By" column. Also, my journey names can get long and get cut off on small screens, I'd like to be able to adjust the spacing.
