Have IP lookup of visitors
so we can at least see where they are and possibly what company they are with.

Allow anonymous visitors to be identified via Autopilot or the API when they are known
In the activity field I see a lot of Anonymous 110 visited http:// (numbers going up in sequence). In many cases I already know who that person is. Is there any way I can click through to that field and add in their contact info? At the moment it looks like there's no option to edit.
In many cases I've been chatting with them on my website, but there is no form filled out, so nothing brought into the site. I don't want to create that extra barrier, of asking for name and email first. But while chatting, I manually…

Manage Emails, Customise Account Company and User Info
It would be great to be able to be able to access all emails from a main menu option and create folders, upload specific auto mails to these folders, duplicate and edit templates and so on.
Then, it would be great to be able to create an account company from which a logo, company address, links, social links etc can be created and added, so that when designing an email you can select to automatically populate this information - logo goes at top of email, company address and unsubscribe link for that list goes to the bottom.

Make Salesforce sync error notifications more prominent
While these are accessible deep in the Settings page, it would be great to see them more prominently on the dashboard (via a badge or notification) so they can be quickly resolved. Otherwise, it may take days or weeks to realize that there is a sync problem.

Add a recurring time trigger (daily signup report)
Instead of just a single time trigger, allow a time trigger to be configured to happen on a recurring basis (e.g. weekly, hourly, daily).
Couple this with the ability to put a list into an email so that we can create daily, weekly signup reports.

group and order custom fields
Would love to be able to group custom fields as well as the ability to order them in the 'manage custom fields' section of contacts. An example of fields I would like to group are the age, gender, height and weight.

Ability to create tracking link based on contact id in url or email in url
SO an example would be http://MyWebsiteWithautopilottracker.com/url?autopilotid=156546549 or http://MyWebsiteWithautopilottracker.com/url?autopilotemail=contactemail@gmail.com ... using this i could insert or create urls in a CRM or if i am sending a sms from something other than autopilot etc and they make our own tracking urls on the fly outside of autopilot.

Integration with ZOHO
ZOHO CRM and Campaigns are solid platforms with a lot of good features, but their marketing automation is lacking and can get cumbersome. I'm sure a lot of people who don't want to splurge on salesforce, would love to power up ZOHO with Autopilot. Please consider it!

Set a "From" Field for Internal Notifications.
When selecting to send an Internal Notification, allow us to select who the notification comes from. The same way we select a "From" field for sending outgoing e-mails, allow us to select it for internal e-mails. A company may want all lead information to be sent from one person while all customer service notifications get sent from someone else.

Create a PHP library for your API.
I know it's quite simple to implement via cURL, but a wrapper with all the error handling and simplified calls would go a long way to get busy developers to take up your product.

Social media tracking and automation
i would like to get social media activity of our contacts to show up in our contact feeds. Did contact twitter or retwitter. Did they like one of our pages on facebook. Did they post a link to our domain in linked in. It would be great if we could then trigger replies and or responses - social media messages etc.

Make existing emails accessible somewhere on the home screen so that users don't have to go into the Send Email action of a Journey to modify an email.

Permit strings of html to be parsed up and recognised as a custom field against a customer record - allow highly customisable content for individual users.

Show Journeys as a tag on the contact record
Within the contact record, there are currently summaries for both the Smart Segments and lists a contact is tagged to. It would be great to show what journeys a contact is in and be able to build Smart Segments based on this.

Add spell checker
A spell checker in the email composer would be a tremendous benefit.
At the moment I have to cut and paste into Pages to check spelling. It's a serious pain in the ....
I'm really beginning to enjoy Autopilot, but the lack of spell checking could be a killer blow for me long term.

Broadcast messages
it would be wonderful to have an independent button just for broadcasting messges...it is a little bit painful to click many times just for sending a quick message
