Add "today" date variable
A --today's date-- variable would useful. For my purposes, I would use it to populate a date field in Salesforce as contacts move through our sales funnel. SF reports then use that field to identify new, moving and stuck contacts in the funnel.

Track visited pages based on URL parameters
We have thousands of unique URLs, and instead of tracking specific pages we'd like to track when a user has visited a page with a specific parameter in the URL path. For example, detect if a user has visited a page with "/condition/" in the URL. This would be immensely helpful for sites with categories and hierarchical structure.

Provide support for "Person Accounts" concept in Salesforce. Right now all SFDC Person Accounts are treated as companies in Autopilot.
The limitation is that you can't create a custom segment based on fields on the companies page.
6 votesWe have released an update to support Person Accounts. If a Person Account is used in Salesforce then Autopilot will sync both the Account and the Contact, but will remove the email from the Account on the Autopilot side. This is to avoid having two records with the same email address in Autopilot and potentially associating the Account record with certain events (for example, page visits or form submissions). Otherwise all mapped fields will be synced for both.

Add the ability to send transactional emails
Some emails are necessary to send each time a trigger is activated. Trying to send transactional emails via Autopilot today results in only the first email being sent, while the rest are suppressed.

Download Invoices from Autopilot
Ability to download invoices from the My Plan section of Autopilot. This way if the invoice email is missed and the information needs to be sent to an internal accounting team, there is no need to file a ticket with Autopilot support.

"Member of Salesforce Campaign" trigger
Would be great to have a trigger that is called "Member of Salesforce Campaign" in which AP would look at a certain campaign on SFDC and would, depending on the status of who was in there (lead/contacts marked as Sent/Responded) .

This would function like the "On open" and other triggers on the "Send email" action. It would be triggered when the recipient replies to the email.

Add variable fallback option for links, not just subject line and text.
Would like to see the ability to have a fallback option when using variables as a part of custom links in emails. i.e. <a href=“http://test.com/abc?mid=--VARIABLE=0-->Link to something</a>

Page Visited trigger
This would be an alternative to the Smart Segment Trigger based on page visits.
A Page Visited trigger could help tremendously in situations where you move a contact along a funnel or simply tracking important activities such as cart abandonment, etc. It could also help to reduce the logic needed for each journey if it's combined with "remove from journey" action.

Zapier.com integration for sync with 300+ existing services
Many of the votes here are for API or sync with existing services, if the focus was put on zapier first, many of the request would be solved this way and future triggers could be added as people requested a tighter integration

Add support for Segment's anonymous IDs
As described here:https://segment.com/docs/spec/identify/#anonymous-id
At the moment, to use Autopilot, the Segment "identify" call with the "email" field needs to have a userId. Often, this defeats the point of using Segment with Autopilot, because most of the use-cases for Autopilot happen before the user signs up to our service, so we don't have an ID yet. We can assign them the email for their ID, but then we can't reassign them a proper ID when they sign up (not all analytics services have proper alias support).
