Expand --today-- functionality to allow operations such as --today+3--
Currently you can update a date field to today's date by inserting --today-- into the update field action. Please expand this so we can do operations such as --today+3-- to set a date field to be three days from today.

Ask questions and access knowledge base from guidebook from guide book
There is a problem with information being in multiple places, so when I'm making working on a journey I often have to stop what I'm doing and look around for a while through both the guide book then the knowledge base to find out if the question has an answer, if someone else has a suggestion or if I need to make a suggestion or ask a question.
It would be nice to be able to access the knowledge base, vote and post ideas from the "Guide Book" button. Or at least search to see if answers exist.

Download Dashboard
Would be great to be able to download the dashboard to a CSV and be able to see length of time spent on each page.

Allow using event variables in transactional emails (e.g. line items on an invoice)
Today, the transactional email capabilities in Autopilot are limited. Yes, you can now have a contact run the same journey twice, by flagging it as transactional. However, this is only useful for generic transactional emails like a password reset.
If you want to include more custom content in transactional emails, Autopilot is not a feasible solution, because it can only pull template variables from the user's contact record.
Sending a receipt to a customer thus requires setting a boat load of custom variables on a contact record, which seems like a bad practice and difficult to maintain.

It would be helpful if the headsup reply back notification included the page the reply was sent from
I have a "reply back" style headsup message set to show on any url that includes /product/. However, if someone replies to the headsup message, I have no idea what product page they were on when they sent the message unless I login to the dashboard, go to the contact's page, and find where the headsup message triggered a reply. Then I have the context to respond to the reply. However, all that could be avoided if the headsup notification email or Slack message included what specific page the contact was on when sending the reply.

Edit Contact
Currently have to go back to contact list then click dropdown on the right (which is sometimes obscured by import contacts) to then edit a contact.
There should be a link to edit when viewing a single contact, or even better, make it so that we can edit in situ with a 'save' button (and of course be warned if we try to leave the page without saving changes).

Provide a Segment validation process or debugger
Right now, there's no real way to see if the field mappings assigned for your Segment integration are working.
You also have to enter these manually, which can be tricky as there's no way to see if your system recognizes the event or the values in the various columns assigned with the schema you provide.

Track the number of visits to a particular page
It will be nice to have trigger like:
"After 5 visits of the pages that contains '/product"'
Technical you already track page visits, so a COUNT() will not be hard for you (if you are in SQL of course).

Allow customization of notification email sender
When adding notification email to a Journey , customizing the " From Email " and from " Name " it's important , it only shows the @autopilot.io as sender and when you hit reply it goes to the lead owner for example user@yahoo.com , should still maintain the @autopilotmail.io or a reply to custom domain , notifications can be used to inform a partner and not just team members and privacy of the user who enters the journey can be protected

Filter Entire Smart Segment by Date Range
Ability to filter the entire Smart Segment by Date Range. For example I want to see have they visited the website and opened/clicked any email within the last 90 days.

You should really have on-line chat available for support of paying customers !
While the ticket system is ok, having real time on-line chat would be far more convenient for us as users.
Of course it may be more overhead for Autopilot but customer service first 9-:

Add time since email was sent/opened into smart segment
At the moment I can choose to have if someone has been sent an email in a smart segment. But it'd be great to be able to have it if they've been sent sent an email a certain amount of time ago.

Full details for bounced email
When an email bounces the details provided by Autopilot are.....well....there are none. Many of our contacts are important customers so alarm bells ring when we can't contact them. How about providing the actual human readable failure message in the journey details, so that we can take action to fix it without annoying support and waiting for the details.

Better Split-testing and split-test reporting
Split-testing in AP is painful compared to every other split-testing software I'm using in my funnel (Optimizely, Adespresso). I have to manually go into each emails reporting, write down the results in an excel sheet, and manually compare.
I have a large list, if I do an 8-variant split, this is a very time-consuming process to split up.
Happy to give a wireframe of a UX that would work for this if needed.

Move notification bar
The notification pops up on top of the FAB, the main action button. This button shall never be covered. Too many times, the notifications have been covering the very next action I'm intending to do.

Email administration module
Quite new to Autopilot, but it's an incredibly powerful tool. There's just one big thing missing for me, and that is proper email administration. The current implementation of emails is pretty much the opposite of the other features of Autopilot–not very flexible at all .
Some thoughts off the top of my head:
• Possibility to alter templates after uploading.
• A simple DAM for all graphical resources.
• Modular (use master template, build content from blocks, see attached gif)
• Connecting suggested modules to segments.
• Inbox preview (mobile/desktop, client vs client)
• Spam testA customer getting the…
