  1. Make the fields on segmentation pick lists and not open text fields

    Whenever I want to do customer segmentation I have to know the exact field I am looking for. With dozens of options this should be a pick list so I can choose from all the options I have.

  2. Allow users to choose if proactive heads up starts out truncated or not.

    We'd like to be able to show people the entire offer/message, and not require them to mouse over in order to see the offer.

  3. customize which email activity (open, clicks, unbounced, unsubscribed) shows up on my Salesforce Activity History

    Our client's activity history on Salesforce is cluttered with email information that our team doesn't need - was sent email / opened email / unbounced email, this makes it hard for them to access the emails that really matter, where they personally speak with the customers. There should be an option to only show for example the activity related with clicks or unsubscribes.

  4. Update/populate custom fields based on calculation

    This would be useful when creating custom fields to represent total spend, total transactions, average spend per transaction, etc. Ideally, you create an 'Update Field' action to add to the field. E.g. in a customer's first transaction, they spent $50. In their next transaction, they spend $20. The 'Update Field' action for the first transaction would add the total transaction value to the empty 'Total Spend' field. On the second transaction, the 'Update Field' action would add the $20 to the $50 already in the 'Total Spend' field.

  5. Auto-complete segment event names when creating a journey

    When we create a new Segment Event to trigger from in a Journey, we free type the name of the Segment event. It would be much better if the field auto-completed or provided suggestions for the field based on available segment events.

  6. Browse, Score, Segment, Create Journeys for Anonymous Visitor Records.

    Recommendation:
    Contain related visits, page views, sent/seen HUMs, and fields/data points such as IP based info, created date, (custom fields - like lead score, lead rank, etc).

    Most of which is already being housed somewhere in AP because on email click, form or HU conversion the history flows from the annonymous visitor to the contact.

    Problem:
    The proactive headsup criteria is OR based logic on pageview activity only. I need to be able to treat anonymous visitor just like a lead or contact with the exception of being able to email, txt, or LOB them.

  8. Use Salesforce Reports as a Sync Source

    There is a limitation with Autopilot salesforce sync where it can sync leads, accounts, contacts invididually. However if you want to sync all contacts for a particular filtered list of accounts, you cannot.

    It would be great to allow Autopilot to sync from Salesforce reports. In salesforce there are special Join reports that can pull all contacts and leads. The idea being that you do you filtering in Salesforce and allow Autopilot just to pull the feed. No filtering needed on Autopilot side.

    I believe Mailchimp uses this strategy as well as ActOn.

  9. Allow the side sub-menu to be expandable.

    Some of my Smart Segment names are pretty long and I'm unable to see their names without clicking on them because the side bar is not adjustable.

    The other option is to move this to the same management view as Journeys.

    When I click on a folder in Journeys I can see all the journeys in that folder before selecting a folder.

    Same should be with Contacts. Selecting a folder should show all the lists and smart segments in that folder and allow you to order them/select them.

  10. Include "Customer Search" into Zapier Integration

    This would allow a lookup of an existing customer using any field (similar to Google Sheets' lookup) so we can find a customer in Zapier and use what info they have in a specific field in other Zaps. Currently the only way to do this is if Autopilot is the trigger - very limiting!

  11. Making the dashboard more functional to show user journeys

    Is there a way to make the dashboard more functional to show people’s patterns/journeys? Right now the dashboard isn't very helpful as it shows mostly anonymous users. I'd like to see top user journeys and then click on them to see which customers are following website journey path.

  13. Undo Unpublished Changes on the Email

    Email editor is funky that it will only show you the latest version with unpublished changes.

    What if you don't remember what changed over time and want to just revert?

    Right now you'd have to duplicate the published version from the Manage Existing list. That is a pain.

    If I want to vamp on the subject line a little bit, I shouldn't need to worry about never knowing what the last published version of said subject line may have been..

  14. Have a loop action

    Today, we can't do this with Autopilot: sending an email "every X days during X times"
    I'm sure it's a reqest most of your users would have.

  15. Support Segment Group Calls

    Group calls in Segment help update a group of contacts all associated to the same group or company. It would be great to leverage this Segment feature in Autopilot.

    In Segment Field Mappings you would need to specify that a field was coming from a group call, associate the group to a field like Company, and update all contacts under that company.

  16. Manually trigger page view

    Google Analytics allows you to manually trigger a page view for situations where a page's content is fetched using AJAX using something like:

    window.ga('send', 'pageview', window.location.pathname);

    This would be helpful in single page apps for example.

    I would like to send an email to someone from Outlook or Gmail, in a way that AutoPilot tracks whether they have opened my email or not?

    To make this happen, I would send the email to a special autopilot email address such as:

    Trackme-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@autopilothq.com

    I would then imagine that the first line of the email (to be stripped when Autopilot resends it) would have a format like this:

    John Recipient johnrecipient@gmail.com Mary Sender marysender@gmail.com

    Autopilot would strip the above line and add tracking pixels before resending the email to the recipient as though it were the sender.

  19. Offer A/B testing to Base plan subscribers (at additional cost if need be)

    My company would really benefit from A/B testing (as everyone) and we'd happily pay extra or upgrade to a higher Base plan to enable A/B testing. We can't justify a Business subscription, as we don't have the budget/business requirements/in house developers to make use of any other additional features. But there's a big hole in our campaigns at the moment given we can't properly test.
