Fix PHP code for Add/Update Contact
If you copy/paste default code, this line causes problem i.e API call don't execute as intended, it returns false.

automate what to do with tracked replies
Reply IO can look at actual messages and pick up key words, such as "no thank you" or "not interested." It would be helpful for autopilot to do this because then those contacts can be put into a new journey.

It would be cool to have an ability to enter a personalization variable under the e-mail field
For instance - we are heavily focused on building a remote b2b operation - with that, most of our processes are automated.
To illustrate this even further: everytime a client is registered to our platform through its integrator, we submit a field which illustrates the e-mail address of this specific business partner.
It would be nice If we could transfer this customized field into the e-mail address field on autopilot.
That way, we could inform specific partners about specific actions from their user.

Making fields mandatory
Recently, we had found a situation where when the email is not defined when the AutoPilot contact get created, but later re-added back to the record, the autopilot unique identifier first associated to the contact will no longer be usable to retrieve the records. To avoid such an issue with record searching through the usage of the unique identifier, can we make the email field mandatory (through the Autopilot contact entry interface, and API, and certainly means any point of entries of the data will be guarded by this validation to ensure system required fields are provided.)

Pop-up notification when you're editing email used in other journey
As a safeguard against accidentally editing an email that you meant to duplicate, and thus sending the wrong email to thousands of people, add a pop-up notification anytime you edit an email that is being used in another journey.

SMS with delay no response
It would be best to have a delayed no reply or no response to SMS so that it can be actioned separately. We encountered a problem where we cannot finish a Journey because there is no reply from the SMS sent. If we wait for reply say 2 days and can take them to an alternate path it would be best.

Add a "BCC to Salesforce" email address globally, not just per campaign
Add an option to BCC the salesforce email address on ALL emails, not just on each individual email.

Salesforce's Spring 2018 release introduced a new object called, Individual:

Attach URL to proactive popup messages
Attach URL to proactive popups so that it's clear which page the user is messaging from. Eg. replying to a proactive popup on product pages.

"load more" or "auto load more on scroll" instead of pagination in list views
On listing pages, like contacts, there is pagination... instead of pagination, is it possible to use "load more" or "auto load more on scroll"... pagination takes time to load lists and its frustrating to go back and forth constantly

Refine the reports page so that selections filter next results
I thins would improve every user's life immediately. :) I know, big claim.
The report function currently defaults to return results for each and every journey. It would be so great if, once dates are entered, the resulting filtered list showed only journeys that launched in that date range. And, likewise, only the email files associated with the selected journeys.
Currently, the system has to spin a while to bring up any of the election options as it’s loading everything in the drop down.

Geo-location choice for the cookie feature plus extending it beyond autopilot tracking
Can you make the cookie feature country dependent?
So it will be possible to show the message only to the 28 countries of the EU?
Plus, to my understanding after talking to the support, it only enables or blocks website tracking for autopilot, which means that for GDPR compliance it might not be enough? and I will need to use something else. Can you extend it to any kind of website tracking?1 vote -
