We use CC and BCC for internal teams to be able to see what links (content) a customer has been sent. This allows internal team (customer service) the ability to resend the email from the cc'd address . eg noreply@internalteam.com but we can't do this because of this lack of functionality
Which means a new second journey is required that is triggered by a "resend" option outside of AP. This is a lot of work for missing a small feature like this
