To add onto that When sending through to a form on page with some smart javascripts you can also make it work to auto generate a form with information if you have it on file.

Check out unbounce and use web hooks to push the information into Autopilot or if your using salesforce. Push into Salesforce and then use the Autopilot and salesforce integration to push the contact back into autopilot.
