  1. Use Proactive Headsup user's email for first and last name fields in Salesforce rather than producing an error and doing nothing.

    Salesforce Lead records require Last Name, Company and Lead Status.

    I don't like a bazillion fields on Proactive Headsup so I just ask for First Name and Email.

    But then I get an error: Couldn't be synced as a Salesforce Lead. Required fields are missing: [LastName].

    Proactive Headsup doesn't ask for Lead Status or Company but you're smart enough to automatically populate these required fields.

    So why not do the same thing for Last Name (and First Name if that is not asked)?

    If no last name is provided, just use the first name in both first and last name…

  2. Allow for more flexibility in new email settings update

    The spacing on the new email update is way off. Is there a way to cut out the spacing on the side so emails don't look like they are in a text editor but as if you were receiving an actual email?

    The new update is helpful but makes the emails look less personal.

  4. Group Facebook Audiences by Facebook Page

    The new FB integration is REALLY powerful! I love it.

    However, I manage 4 pages with my FB account, Which means when I go to choose an audience it's not clear which facebook account the audience is attached to.

    Currently, I'm getting around it by renaming the audiences in Facebook. But that isn't a scalable solution.

    I suggest a drop down to pick the Facebook page and then a drop down to pick the audience.

  5. Historical log of Published Journey events, with snapshot

    Sometimes you forget what your journey configuration was previously, or perhaps other members may publish over what you have built. A log of timestaps for when previous publishes were made for a journey would be quite helpful, preferably with a snapshot of what the journey looked like then.

  9. Allow selecting more than one slack channel for messages

    We have many slack messages we create for our internal teams to stay in sync. Autopilot is effective for this, but currently each message can only go to one Slack channel.

    See screenshot showing the the exact same message duplicated in Autopilot (one to sales and one to our marketing team). If I didn't fully detail the message title, there would be no way to distinguish these two and it's very hard to keep them consistent as we keep growing.

    Please add:
    - Ability to choose more than one Slack channel for a message.
    - Display the chosen slack channels…

  10. Ability to disable updating contact details when a form is submitted

    Currently, if a form is submitted by a contact that already exists on AutoPilot, the contact details will be updated with the latest information.

    However, if there are some fields in the form that doesn't allow "upsert" or the information in the last submission is incorrect, this automatic process would cause unexpected results.

    So, I would like to add an option that allows me to disable this functionality.

  11. Making fields mandatory

    Recently, we had found a situation where when the email is not defined when the AutoPilot contact get created, but later re-added back to the record, the autopilot unique identifier first associated to the contact will no longer be usable to retrieve the records. To avoid such an issue with record searching through the usage of the unique identifier, can we make the email field mandatory (through the Autopilot contact entry interface, and API, and certainly means any point of entries of the data will be guarded by this validation to ensure system required fields are provided.)

  13. It would be cool to have an ability to enter a personalization variable under the e-mail field

    For instance - we are heavily focused on building a remote b2b operation - with that, most of our processes are automated.

    To illustrate this even further: everytime a client is registered to our platform through its integrator, we submit a field which illustrates the e-mail address of this specific business partner.

    It would be nice If we could transfer this customized field into the e-mail address field on autopilot.

    That way, we could inform specific partners about specific actions from their user.

  14. Filter Smart Segments based on Headsup

    Add the ability to filter based on how someone has engaged with Headsup within a Smart Segment. Even though logic can be built into a journey to do so, having these by default available would provide more flexibility. Also Autopilot offers this for Typeform and Facebook, this should be available for one of their features as well.

  15. automate what to do with tracked replies

    Reply IO can look at actual messages and pick up key words, such as "no thank you" or "not interested." It would be helpful for autopilot to do this because then those contacts can be put into a new journey.

  16. Support Typeform Calculator Variables

    Currently the Typeform Submitted Shape can map to Typeform Fields and Hidden Fields. Other variables such as Score or Price from the Calculator cannot be mapped to Hidden Fields and cannot be mapped in the Typeform Submitted Trigger.

    It would be great if these variables were supported so that different emails can be sent based on quiz results or quote price.

  17. Embeddable video

    I would like to be able to embed videos into emails. These are critical for all of our engagement journeys as video provides for higher engagement rate than standard text. I understand you can link an image or a GIF but playing within the email always shows better engagement rates. Thanks, autopilot team!

  18. Managing rate of members entering a campaign -- ability to cap daily number sent

    We have some large volume campaigns, and we'd like to manage how many members enter the campaign on a daily basis. We'd like a feature to control the volume entering at any given point in time.

  19. Add a "last contacted" property

    Add a build-in property on all users with the last contacted time, based on all communications going from AP (or if data is sent to that property and overrides the automatic input).

    Could be helpful when users are in multiple journeys at the time time and there are potentially many delivery time conflicts.

  20. add the ability to control the timezone on an export

    When exporting a list, the dates (for example for last email sent) in the CSV file are not in the timezone we are in (Australia). This makes it hard to look for specific data and filter correctly.

    Currently, Autopilot returns dates in the UTC/GMT timezone. I would like to be able to control the timezone on export.
