  2. Add a recurring time trigger (daily signup report)

    Instead of just a single time trigger, allow a time trigger to be configured to happen on a recurring basis (e.g. weekly, hourly, daily).

    Couple this with the ability to put a list into an email so that we can create daily, weekly signup reports.

  3. add more website statistics

    It would be nice to know more about a visitor when they come to our website beyond them just visiting. Things that could be nice to know:

    Which pages they visited
    How long they visited each page
    Bounce rates
    How many times they've visited the website

    All of this would help us determine how interested a prospective client may be. We currently use getcliclicky.com and luckyorange.com to track some of this information, but would be nice to see it inside Autopilot. I would also consider switching web analytics platforms if Autopilot felt it was better to integrate with a platform…

  4. Show full link when hovering over the URL within the form manager

    It would be great if the full link would show when hovering over a link within the "URL" column, much like it does when you hover for a Salesforce Sync error.

  6. Custom Triggers/Actions Via Email or Webhoooks

    This would essentially allow anyone to customize autopilot to fit their specific needs, without having to pay Zapier, waiting 15+ minutes for Zapier to fire or using up their Zap limit.

  7. Choose specific links for Clicked On

    When using the Clicked On output of check user status, I'd like to specify links within campaigns, so I can have different links like YES or NO that initiate different journeys

    You can pull content from an RSS feed into an email using Liquid: https://support.autopilothq.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007000691-Personalize-emails-with-Liquid-RSS-and-JSON-fetch-Beta-. This functionality is currently in early access so please contact our support team for it to be enabled on your account. The reason I’m not updating the status of this suggestion at this time is because there is not yet functionality for triggering an email when new content is received via RSS (i.e. some kind of RSS trigger).

  9. Add "Due Date" for completed tasks entered into Salesforce.com

    When adding a completed task to Salesforce.com, it's critical to have the "Due Date" field entered in, as well, for the date that task was input/completed. Otherwise, all those completed tasks are disappearing to the bottom of the task list on a contact/account.

    Being able to add the Address Book from Mac would be a great benefit to the Mac users. Also, if we can import a group of vCards would be great as well as single vCard from the iPhone. If there is a iPhone autopilot app to add contacts into the database will allow much easier import.

  12. Allow BCC emails from the verified email domain to trigger journey

    • A Unique BCC email address to trigger an event

    ---The bcc email would be customized based on the trigger

    This could be a random set of numbers but it would be awesome if customizable names could be created

    ex. mycustomfollowup_journey@triggers.autopilothq.com

    You would set the custom code on the trigger and it would only accept requests from the email domain that was verified.

    That way if you engage a prospect out of the work flow you can send them back in or create a custom follow up flow etc.

    Since a lot of other tools have a bcc address…

  16. Be able to use form field data that doesn't directly correspond to a contact field

    So two ways to be able to do this. One allow variables within a journey that we can insert into items. Also allow more than one form field to be combined or concatenenated into a notes field. So for instance I might have a bunch of data that I want to keep saved with record but I don't need to automate anything on it. Or even have that data show in the feed of the contact maybe.

  19. Expand AB testing for email features

    Would like to be able to create multiple alternative emails and then measure results and have one version automatically chosen after a set sample size is reached based on the more opens or the more clicks or even better the more visits to a specific page (i.e. form confirmation) to show measure conversions.

  20. Contact specific shortened tracking URLs

    I would like to be able to create urls that are tracked at contact level and can be posted out via API when that ability is added and used also in native postcard and SMS capability.
