Contact sync using the webdav / carddav standard
This is the web standard for contact so this would allow much wider direct CRM integration with out having to create integrations for each new CRM

Add files to email templates
I would like to be able to attach files to email, or Autopilot allowing us to upload content to a storage area to be downloaded. This is instead of using other file storage services.

Map Full Name
Ability to map the full name from a form so that when it enters Autopilot it separates to the First and Last Name Field. Otherwise a custom Name field is created that doesn't show on the feed and the header of a contat's profile.

add the BCC link to remove leads from the campaign
Previously, there was an autopilot-based email address I could add to BCC or forward a lead's response to, and that would automatically remove this lead from a specific campaign.
This was extremely helpful when I was in a situation where my computer wasn't accessible (weekends, commute, etc), or had time constraints (e.g. 2nd touch is being sent out quickly, etc) as I was able to take someone off a campaign immediately after their response came in, which helped to avoid the 2nd/3rd touched from being sent to them.

Support non-ASCII characters in field names
Try adding a custom field with a non-ASCII character (like å). The character is silently deleted. That's honestly a bit lame. It wouldn't hurt you to support at least a standard Western character set (think ISO-8859-1/Latin-1).

For website visitors I would like to trigger Overlays with customized information on the page instead of sending emails.

mark records in Salesforce that shouldn't be synced with Autopilot
It would be great if we could sync based on a filter - for instance, we have a fair number of SFDC contacts without email addresses. We also would like to avoid syncing people who have opted out of email.

Tags for contacts
So you don't have to run through tons of checks every time you send an email. Basically allow contacts to be tagged, similar to "update field," in a journey and then be able to segment by tags. Also allow custom filters that automatically add or remove tags like Gmail does.

Salesforce Custom Object integration
Be great if you would be able to setup and integrate Salesforce custom objects into Autopilot allowing for segmentation of lists based on information in the custom object.
The issue you are going to run into that Eloqua has is which is the right custom object to pull and which one to use e.g. opportunity one opportunity may be closed lost but another one may be Closed Won.
If creating a segment based on send emails to all Closed Lost deals you run into the issue of sending it to closed won.
The only way I have seen around this…

Form sniffer captures form labels
When I capture a form all i see is field ids that are numbered and I have a hard time lining everything up. It would be nice if the form label was captured or maybe it atleast when trying to line up fields the sample data was shown next to the field id so that we could better line up form fields with autopilothq.com fields.

We use startupthreads.com to ship T-Shirts to customers. It would be awesome if we could automate this in a journey.

Ability to create tracking link based on contact id in url or email in url
SO an example would be http://MyWebsiteWithautopilottracker.com/url?autopilotid=156546549 or http://MyWebsiteWithautopilottracker.com/url?autopilotemail=contactemail@gmail.com ... using this i could insert or create urls in a CRM or if i am sending a sms from something other than autopilot etc and they make our own tracking urls on the fly outside of autopilot.

Integrate with Asana for creating tasks for team members
Asana is a team task manager. Integrating with Autopilot would allow us to auto-create new tasks for people on our team based on the journeys we create in Autopilot

Add a landing page function
As a marketing team we would like to bypass the development team and be able to create our own simple landing pages to use as part of our automated comms. A simple drag and drop editor would be amazing.

Remove Salesforce from sidebar
If you have a different CRM Salesforce is a waste of real estate. It would be good to be able to remove the SF tiles from the side nav bar.

Integration with ZOHO
ZOHO CRM and Campaigns are solid platforms with a lot of good features, but their marketing automation is lacking and can get cumbersome. I'm sure a lot of people who don't want to splurge on salesforce, would love to power up ZOHO with Autopilot. Please consider it!

Add a link to edit email templates without doing it via Journey
I would like a way to quickly access my email templates without doing it through the journey configuration. As it stands, I would have to create a journey and then add the shape before I could create an email or edit an existing one. There should be an easier way (menu option) to easily access and edit my email templates.
