Saved Container Templates
Allow the capability to save a container with contents, formats, links, etc saved and kept in tact so that it can be used in other templates.Would improve experience and increase efficiency.

Pause Email
Pausing an email while I test other concepts
I want to be split test emails in Journeys. When I do, I want the control and var to both start at zero. So, I want to duplicate the control and pit the duplicate against the var, rather than the original email vs the var. That way, the metrics are more comparable.
However, if I do that, I cannot publish the journey since the original isn't attached to anything.
It would be good to be able to pause a shape while still having the ability to publish a journey. That way, you…

alert user when there is an issue with API integrations
Send an email or some sort of notification when there is an issue with the integrations. Recently we had an issue with the one signal integration but there is no functionality to alert the user when there is an issue with the integration.

Create an autopilot code snippet to fire on conversion event from Google Tag Manager
By having a way to integrate tags with GTM, we could tell autopilot if user has performed other actions on the website and assign them into separate journeys based on any trigger we setup in Google Tag Manager.

Add A "Continue" Condition For The Send Email Action
I would like a way to have a Send Email action cause the next action in a journey whether it is sent or not. I know on the Send SMS action, there is an arrow option called "Continue", which means the person moves to the next stage whether the message was sent successfully or not. This means users can still progress through the journey if an email wasn't sent for any reason (bounced or unsubscribed).

Ability to save rows & sections e.g footer that can be added to emails rather than saving the whole email as a template
I would like to be able to save commonly used rows as a section that can be dropped into emails.
So when you are making a row, give the option to save as a section and theses then become components you can add into other emails. That way you can build emails quicker with a bunch of components rather than saving a whole email as a template.

contains vs exact match in contacts search
the search in contacts should be able to offer 'contains' 'exact match' etc in the contact search bar.
You should be able to search by first name, last name, email, phone, company, etc.

You should be able to edit the columns in contacts. change out 'company' for 'phone number' etc
change out 'company' for 'phone number' etc
Also, the search option for phone numbers doesn't work unless it's exact, rather than 'contains'

HUBSPOT --dynamic-- field update
In the "Update Contact Field" Hubspot Action, it doesn't seem possible for the oment to use dynamic data like --Company Name" to update a field in Hubspot from a value in Autopilot. Updating is limited to static data, which is really not practical.
Would it be possible to improve it? That would be a HUGE strength for that integration.1 vote -
Send users email notifications about any integrations or connections that require attention (like re-authentication)
This would allow users to act on any broken connections without having to wonder what went wrong in their journey.

Would like to add Segment events to campaigns so we can track email opens etc. for newsletters that we send out which are not part of a journey

URL generation from email
There should be a way to generate a URL of/from any email that is distributed in Autopilot, so that it can also be shared via social media. For example, there should be a way to add a link at the top of each email that states: View this email in your browser (and links to it).

excel native triggers and actions
since Excel in the cloud is the defacto queue and data interchange of all Microsoft's Power Automate plans, it would be real nice if AP could trigger from it, and write rows to it

Instead of wildcard matches, please introduce regex matches. It's much advanced for marketing people.

Ability to drop cookie outside of autopilot
Have basic URL tracking structure that builds on autopilots existing cookie tracking technology that allows to drop cookies from comms outside of autopilot. For example: www.site.com/?id=email@address.com (or even better with a contact id rather than email address).
Would allow for all contacts, not just contacts that engage with automations to be tracked and page triggered journeys to be more encompassing.

offer an API for callbacks from Autopilot Headsup
It would be good to be able to listen to subscriptions through Autopilot Headsup on the containing page.
I.e. allow some sort of callback function to be registered that is called when a user subscribes.
