It would be helpful if the headsup reply back notification included the page the reply was sent from
I have a "reply back" style headsup message set to show on any url that includes /product/. However, if someone replies to the headsup message, I have no idea what product page they were on when they sent the message unless I login to the dashboard, go to the contact's page, and find where the headsup message triggered a reply. Then I have the context to respond to the reply. However, all that could be avoided if the headsup notification email or Slack message included what specific page the contact was on when sending the reply.

Ask questions and access knowledge base from guidebook from guide book
There is a problem with information being in multiple places, so when I'm making working on a journey I often have to stop what I'm doing and look around for a while through both the guide book then the knowledge base to find out if the question has an answer, if someone else has a suggestion or if I need to make a suggestion or ask a question.
It would be nice to be able to access the knowledge base, vote and post ideas from the "Guide Book" button. Or at least search to see if answers exist.

Define multiple URLs in the 'form submitted' module.
Make it possible to define multiple URLs in the 'form submitted' module to customize submission tracking with out creating a million 'shapes'. If you have similar forms, the only way currently is to create a huge amount of 'form' shapes, which isnt ideal - as the flow overview becomes messy.

Ability to add CTA buttons in *all* of the email templates.
It seems very unintuitive that I have a CTA button in the "Welcome" email template but not the "Re-Engagement" Template.

Instead of popping up, the headsup message should be an icon that can be opened.

Make the fields on segmentation pick lists and not open text fields
Whenever I want to do customer segmentation I have to know the exact field I am looking for. With dozens of options this should be a pick list so I can choose from all the options I have.

Not allow for duplicate email names to be saved/created
Currently if you upload a new version of an email, it creates a duplicate creative, emails that have the same name should not be able to be saved/created

Localization of Email Subscription Cancellation Page
We are currently using autopilot for Japanese market. Is it possible to customize the unsubscribe landing page or localize the text on the landing page into Japanese?
Some of our customers did not realize that they were unsubscribed after clicking the unsubscribe button because the text is not in Japanese.

'Check slack response' Condition
So that when a slack message is sent to a sales person, for example, they can either reply yes or no and that will then check the condition of the response, and impact their journey. I.e. at a sales point, send a slack message asking a sales person if the personal experience was positive or negative for a sales, if no, then can point them back up the funnel, if yes, remove from journey.

Add a Team member Activity Log
As our team is growing mistakes will happen so we need access to the Team member Activity Log.
The activity log will assist us in tracking changes such as:
Creating/Editing/Deleting Contacts
Creating/Editing/Deleting Journeys
Creating/Editing/Deleting Emails
Creating/Editing/Deleting Headsups
Creating/Editing/Deleting Proactive Headsups

Lookup and filter on Salesforce account object (parent object)
It would be really helpful if you could lookup across Salesforce objects, at least from contact --> account as this is extremely common to so many B2B marketing workflows. Much of the data lives on the account object, but you're always working with contacts in AP, so you need to be able to query both very easily. Not just with Salesforce selective sync, but also for creating smart lists, triggers, actions, etc.
Currently you have to add a custom formula field onto the contact object in Salesforce to pull down any account level data you need onto the contact. This…

Date-picker
It would be great to ask a contact about a specific date, e.g. using headsup and after to start a journey or send an email depending on this date. But you don't have a date-picker :(

Can I see a list of all pages and forms I have associated a tracking code to in one place?
It would be good if under the Tracking Code section, I could click 'All associated URLs' (or something similar); and be able to see in one place (perhaps categoried by page / form, etc) every place I have linked a tracking code

When using the internal notification, be able to select and use a email template already created.

SMS Smart Segment- Based on Bounce Status + Update Field to Home Phone
Allow smart segment to view the status of an SMS and if it bounces, we can segment that list; and also have the ability to modify the field to move it as a home phone; to avoid SMS bouncing.
