  1. Allow for more flexibility in new email settings update

    The spacing on the new email update is way off. Is there a way to cut out the spacing on the side so emails don't look like they are in a text editor but as if you were receiving an actual email?

    The new update is helpful but makes the emails look less personal.

  2. Set a default SMS handler if contacts try to reply to an SMS with a support request

    The Twilio integration is great, but once contacts have received a text message (and perhaps also replied as part of a guided conversation through an Autopilot Journey), they will likely expect to be able to text a support request or ask a question to this SMS number.

    Yet, the way your integration works, unless an incoming text contains a specific, predefined keyword, it will be completely ignored. This behavior creates a very poor user experience and bad customer service.

    Suggestion for better functionality:
    Allow the ability to define a default support text response to any incoming SMS which isn't handled…

  3. Allow "contains" in an incoming SMS trigger

    Somewhat related to my previous feedback about SMS functionality here:

    Currently, an incoming SMS can only trigger a journey if the SMS matches EXACTLY what has been defined in the configuration of this trigger.

    I would like to be able to trigger a Journey if an incoming SMS "contains" a keyword.

    Use case: Ability to auto-reply with my customer support email address if the incoming text contains a question mark.

  6. Apply the new reply-to email address to all the Journeys

    I got a question about changing the reply-to email address, I know how to change for each email, but how to change for all the emails/journeys? If I manually do this, it will cost me a lot of time to finish it.

  8. Give every page in Autopilot a URL that can be bookmarked or shared.

    It would save me a great deal of time if I could bookmark parts of Autopilot to make it easy to start back up where I left off, easily reach parts of the app I use a lot and share links with colleagues that take them directly to a journey or contact, for example.

  9. Import Exception report

    When doing manual importing it would be helpful if AP produced an exception report to show the number of records imported and if any didn't import to give a reason as to why, eg Duplicate records etc

  10. Undo/reverse actions in the Journeys' Canvas

    Undo actions in the Journeys' Canvas.

    It happened more than once. When moving or editing shapes, I accidentally deleted or made a faux-pas. And I just wish there was an "undo", or "reverse last action" button.

  14. Create a condition "if there is less than X persons into the list"

    I organize several events and each one has a limited number of participants allowed.

    To automate the subscription process it would be great to have a condition "if there is less than X persons into the list" and "if there is more than X persons into the list"

  15. Recurly -Allow Syncing of First and Last Name Fields

    Allow syncing of the first and last name field from Recurly, right now those fields aren't available in the integration. Also rename the plan type/subscription type field in the integration. Right now it is called "name" which could easily be confused with a person's name when setting up integration.

    Instead the field called 'name' is actually the subscription type which causes confusion and worse badly formatted emails.

  16. Create an Autopilot.run("unassociate") command

    Especially in dev/testing/sandbox scenarios, where it's common to use the same browser window to test as many different users, it would be useful to have an explicit way to support the "log out" workflow so that activity does not continue to be associated with the previous user.

    Less of an issue in real/prod environments, but it could still theoretically happen if someone is sharing a computer.

  18. Second person approval on huge mass emails

    By human error we send a mass email to the full database, which was not intended.
    Can you establish a process/workflow, that a second person needs to approve a journey, when more than e.g. 50k contacts are added to a journey?

  19. Allow setting metadata on journey steps so later steps can access it

    For example so that a slack post knows what the trigger was. For example in this screenshot, the slack message can't tell if it was facebook, google or email that triggered it. Allowing data to be passed down the chain would be more powerful (and accessed as variables in later steps)

  20. Improve Pipedrive Deal Stage Check to allow stage > or < a stage (or allow multiple checks)

    Pipedrive Deal Stages are linear. You don't want to move people backwards in the stages, but when setting a stage ATM, you need to check all possible forward ones to avoid moving backwards.

    Allowing multiple stages (match any) or allowing checking if stage < certain stage would solve this.

    i.e. avoid the diamond (which could get much worse with more stages) in this screenshot
