  1. 'Contacts can receive emails more' than once should NOT equal Transactional Emails

    These are two separate things! I like to use this feature in my journeys for non-transactional emails.

  2. Removed from Segment Trigger

    Similar to Removed from List Trigger. When a contact leaves a smart segment, this new trigger could be used to
    - remove them from FB Audience
    - remove them from Google Audience

  3. Measuring Conversions: Only count people who open/click an email in a Journey towards the jourey goal.

    Currently, people can enter and journey and NEVER click any of the emails in a campaign, but still get counted towards the journey goal (unless you create a Smart Segment where 'paying customer + opened Journey email' is included in the Smart Segment).

    Ideally, changing the insights tab to provide different levels of conversion tracking would be ideal. For example:

    Direct conversion are tracked when a recipient clicks on a link in one of your emails, returns to your site and takes an action in the same session.

    View through conversions are tracked when a user opens the email, does…

  4. Allow script tags in html in order to add code for google promotab

    Google recently released the ability to add extra content to emails when they go to the promotion tabs. Autopilot should allow the use of script in HTML so that we can annotate promotional emails and optimize emails that go to the promotion tab.

  5. Data Cleansing Services & Link Shortening API - Numverify & EmailOversight & URL SHortener

    Hello Autopilot team & fellow users.
    I really like your automation software as it is probably the best on the market ahead of active campaign!

    But to really help scale the incoming of large data sets would be some native integrations with Numverify & Email Oversight. Or you could just integrate with integromat and that will solve the problem as well not having to make as many 1st party integrations.

    The best integration possible that would really help with twilio is having a secondary option of creating a [Link] so that way if you are smsing a user you can…

  6. add email validation to Proactive Headsup

    It would be great if you could add a validation to the email field in the proactive headsup.
    Right now it is possible to add invalid email addresses there, things like 'aa bb cc @@ @ email.test'.
    I think adding this would be straight foward and it would be a good way to improve data quality and reduce user frustration (when they thought they signed up for an newsletter but never receive anything).

  7. Quick access to detailed email report

    It would be helpful an detailed email report shortcut, showing the list of contact who unsubscribed, clicked, bounced, etc

    Now I have to create an smart segment to have that view or add them to a specific list into my journey... in other words, I'm building that report manually

  8. Social Media Integration/Management

    Integrate with existing Social Media publishing platform, such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Falcon, etc to see social calendar. Would help in planning communication across all channels and gain insights into how Social Media and email and ads and other journey elements interact.
    Ultimately we would like to publish through autopilot for complete control of content, posting, social listening, etc.

  9. The reply address field in Email Templates to merge with Contact Owner

    Create an option in the reply address field in an email template to choose "contact owner" in associated CRM (Pipedrive) rather than assign one particular email address.

  10. Integrated preheader solution

    I would love to get a possibility to add preheader directly in the editor without having to add CSS through the HTML block.
    When sending emails through AP is a must to use a preheader, and it's too easy to forget when it's not a native functionality.

  11. Enable more than 30 criteria in a smart segment

    Sometimes, I really need to segment with more complexity than smart segments allow, and without being able to do so, I need to stick with Marketo over Autopilot. I'm certain others are in the same boat.

    As an example: We make technology for law firms of all sizes. We want to have different marketing campaigns for large and small law firms. In Marketo, we have a smart list that segments by a list of 1,800+ large law firm domains. In Autopilot, however, I am unable to segment to out larger law firms based on domains, so I couldn't have targeted…

  13. Ability to filter reports by list.

    Request the ability to filter reports by list. This would be very helpful for our team to understand the quality of email lists. As of right now this is preventing me from importing lists to autopilot because my average emails stats will be skewed (as they sort of have already been).

  15. Make emails more dynamic with AMP

    We would like to have the opportunity to create more interactive messages. You could RSVP to an event or fill our a questionnaire directly on the email, without having to change to another page.   16. Track "ctrl+left click" to scroll the canvas

    In addition to the navigation box in the bottom left, having the ability to ctrl+click / drag to scroll would be a great addition. Other services with a similar canvas style interface have successfully captured the click style so should be a feasible addition.

  18. Add projects to Delighted action

    Delighed (https://delighted.com) now supports Projects, which is really cool as most companies have more than one product / projects / teams which needs NPS.

    However, Autopilot doesn't support selecting which project the NPS survey should be sent from so it always is connected to the first one / default.

    Can you please add possibility to select project in the Delightful NPS action?
