Show metrics for more than 2 years to be able to compare data
Be able to see how you perform on an email a year later is a great feature to have.

enhance the email builder text options.
Currently, its a nightmare trying to format text. An indentation option would be awesome for bullets, etc.
Plus, when you copy and paste text, even within autopilot, the formating is deleted.

Live view - see contacts at each stage
When I used Communigator you could see which contacts were live at each stage of a journey - this is really helpful to check that everything is flowing through correctly, and to ensure our sales team can approach customers confidently knowing where they are in terms of what emails they've been sent / waiting to be sent.

Edit live journey
It would be good to edit live journeys so you can effectively 'pause' where everyone is, edit and then make live again without all contacts re-entering the journey.

Please have an option to see how many prospects are currently in live journeys
I want to be able to see at any given time how many people are in live journeys, how many people are in live journeys each month, etc.

Scheduler for Contact Export
Allow users to export a list or all contacts to a cloud drive (Google Drive, Dropbox, S3, etc.) at a regular interval (such as every day,week, or month)

Form Submission Unique ID Match
Right now autopilot matches contacts by email match. It would be great if there was an option to select phone as the unique ID or both email and/or phone.

Delay for working days only
We would like to add a delay onto our journey that only takes into consideration working days (eg Mon-Fri) so that if we are delaying 48hours on friday it wont sed until tuesday.

Autopilot currently differentiates between 2 different forms if they have different fields. 2 different forms will be considered the same form when scanning, if these two different forms have the exact same fields. This makes segmentation a nightmare.

Export Segment: Offer choice of fields to export
I only ever want maybe 5% of what comes and this makes for VERY long download times. The export includes every email campaign and its activity which I don't need because the API feeds this to us.. I have to export reports every week and for larger sends it can take half a day to export and then upload to our system. I would LOVE to have the option to click for the fields that are needed.

Calendar and time selector
It would be great to have a drop down little calendar to select a date instead of having to type out the date. This goes for time triggers, created dates in segments, and more. It would also be ideal to have a time selector so that you could choose the time by clicking it or having a drop down of options with am or pm included instead of having to type it out.

Work with Elementor's Contact Forms
HeyTeam.
Our site is wordpress based and we use Elementor very heavily in our design. We'd love to have Autopilot work with the Elementor Dynamic forms and pop ups.

Improve search by phone so exact syntax isn't required
right now, you have to enter a phone number exactly as it's saved to a contact to return that contact. All of my phone numbers vary between having parenthesis, or + at the front, so it makes it too hard to locate a number if I don't have the exact syntax. Please make the search more broad! Thank you!

Team Member Roles
It would be nice if there are roles that team members will be limited to like list managers, journey designers, etc.This will help fine tune and secure team member roles.

Mail postcards to people based on their email address
