  1. Could we link/identify new AutoPilot User IDs and pages visited to links sent from direct emails from Gmail or Salesforce

    AutoPilot will ID users when they fill out a form or click a link from a marketing email. Would it be able to identify users if they click a link from a direct email sent from Gmail or Salesforce? Some users will only interact with direct messages and it is a way to improve the marketing automation journeys

  2. Manually add/remove contact from a journey

    Would be great if you could manually add/remove a contact from a specific journey. Bonus points for being able to add them into a specific point in the journey, rather than just at the beginning.

  3. HTML editing for emails

    At the moment you can only edit text and images for an EDM. Any other editing like adding or removing sections needs to be done externally, then re-uploaded. It would be so much easier if we could access HTML within the Autopilot editor.

  4. Allow Autopilot to create SalesForce Accounts and Contacts from forms

    Like many companies, we have decided that SalesForce leads is not relevant or necessary and have migrated to an Accounts and Contacts type SalesForce CRM. It would, therefore, be helpful if we had the option of creating a flow that tells AutoPilot to create a new Account and Contact from a form as opposed to a simple lead.

  5. option for security/role hierarchies

    As a marketing company working for multiple companies, it would be good to have an option to segment/partition journey's and client data. This way I could give each customer access to login and check the dashboard in real time but only see their own data.

  6. save a list of approved domains for activity tracking.

    Somebody stole our website design complete with autopilot tracking code. Now activity on the domain with the stolen design is clogging up our own activity. We're pursing the site owner but would be nice to have protections in place in autopilot.

  7. Headsup on Exit Intent

    Hi, I would like a Headsup message on exit intent.
    And preferably with an option to add some other fields. This would be a great improvement.
    Any other improvement to Heads Up like better styling options and an image instead of the icon would also be great.

  11. Would be great to have goal tracking reported back to AP

    would be great to have your own tracking script report back to AP goal completions. User A is on journey, sent to ecommerce site, makes purchase (goal), script on goal success page reports back to AP user A has succeeded in purchase and we can then run journey off of this user and this event.

  12. Permit more text content and styling on postcards

    1. The 300 character / 10 line limitation on the text content that can go on the back of the postcard is unnecessarily severe given the size of the white space to play with.

    2. There's no ability to style (e.g. bold, underline, different font size, bullets, etc.) this text content.

    As I see it these are two very limiting factors for the use of postcards via the Lob integration.

  13. Have the signed GDPR form within the account settings

    Once the GDPR form has been signed, it would be great to have a copy of that completed form on the account under settings> GDPR (whether as a PDF link or as an image or anything). Although you can download the signed form immediately after signing, it would be nice to know it is always linked to the account and that it is easily accessible should anyone need to look at it or refer to it

  15. Autopilot connection to Wix Forms

    I'm looking to connect Wix to Autopilot, but there is no App integration to this tool at the moment.

    It would be really useful to have a connection with these two tools, so that we don't have to depend on Zapier - who only offers an integration to Wix Answers.

    Anyone agree?

    Please allow for emails created from the basic editor to be saved as templates. Currently you can save emails that are created via the advanced editor as templates but not emails created via the basic editor.

  18. Allow segmentation of data at a company level

    Why does Autopilot have such a restriction on obtaining data from Accounts? This is the second time I have this issue because autopilot only segments by contacts. Is there a plan to rectify this? I see this as a huge flaw in the system

    If you think of the simple logistics of it: You create an account with all basic info - like industry, type of company, segment etc and then add your contacts. Can you imagine if you had 100 contacts per company and everytime you have to add the same industry, segement etc? It would be a huge…

  19. Pipedrive Check Activity Status

    Can we please please please get a feature to be able to "Check" a pipedrive scheduled activity status whether it was marked as done or not before continuing a contact? Also would be cool to be able to delete any prior scheduled activities based on after occurrences.

    The possibility to use day of the week in conditions and field updates.

    Should be as a shortcode like --today---.

    Usecase:
    New FB lead enters journey, send e-mail "I'll call you in 5 minutes" if submitted on weekdays and "I'll call you first thing monday morning" if submitted during the weekend.
