add a reason why someone was ejected from a journey (what criteria did they meet that ejected them, etc.)
For debugging purposes, knowing why someone entered a smart segment or was ejected from a journey would be incredibly helpful. Doesn't seem too hard to implement either – information has to already be there in order for the candidate to be ejected / entered so making it visible to the user (could be optional of course) would be a great help.

Export report
Hello Team,
I have downloaded a few reports for Email Campaign a few days back and it was easy. But, now I am unable to export it all in one go. I think you guys should come up with a better Export option.

Second person approval on huge mass emails
By human error we send a mass email to the full database, which was not intended.
Can you establish a process/workflow, that a second person needs to approve a journey, when more than e.g. 50k contacts are added to a journey?3 votes -
Triggers based on Deal Field Change. Currently, there is Person Field Change, but the Fields in the Deal are more likely to change.

Show who opened mail on mail statistics page
I want to be able to see who opened a specific mail when I am looking at its analytics inside the journey live-view by clicking an email analytics button. Currently, i get to see all kinds of info like opens/bounces etc. but not who opened. From within that window i AM able to add everyone who opened the mail to a list, or export everyone who opened the mail to a CSV file, but seeing who opened straight away would be much more convenient.

Create an Autopilot.run("unassociate") command
Especially in dev/testing/sandbox scenarios, where it's common to use the same browser window to test as many different users, it would be useful to have an explicit way to support the "log out" workflow so that activity does not continue to be associated with the previous user.
Less of an issue in real/prod environments, but it could still theoretically happen if someone is sharing a computer.

Allow Autopilot journeys to be accessed from a mobile browser, not just insights.
Sometimes it would be useful to be able to stop journeys remotely. Even if we could just access the non-responsive desktop display on mobile devices it'd be a huge help.

You should have an option to hire specialists to actually manage and build journeys for your clients who dont have the time or skillset.

the way it is right now makes pipedrive unusable for our sales staff as they can never be sure that there is a reply somewhere in autopilot.

Redirect to URL after proactive Headsup
Similar to another idea of being able to change the THANK YOU message; it would be nice to forward a submit to a thank-you page URL. In that way you can customize the thank you itself + measure the submit in Google Analytics.

Allow Autopilot to read Ninja Forms for WordPress
I just spent 3hrs building a form on Ninja Forms, only to find out that Autopilot won't actually read the form. I went to go the Zapier route but they require you to purchase the add-on to use it. Contact Form 7 is nothing like Ninja Forms, and Ninja Forms is used by significantly more people. Please consider adding this!

Allow syncing of Pipedrive Organizations and Pipedrive Deals along with Pipedrive Persons
Right now Autopilot only pulls Persons' info, along with the Organization's name, if a Person is associated with and Organization
I'd be nice to have the Organization and Deal information along with the Person's information too, e.g. Organization website (which is a field in Autopilot), location (also an Autopilot field), and Organization industry (helps a lot in segmentation)

The sync with Pipedrive is almost complete BUT the sync with the "Organization" field type in Pipedrive is not currently supported.

Google Analytics Integration
Being one of our main Hub and centralized points of analysis, this integation is a huge miss for our Data.
- Ability to send / update Events and/or Goals in Analytics
- Dynamically created UTM tracking
- Add to GA audience for Analysis
- Many more..!
(Segment is able to do this, but a costly option for many)

I have Vietnamese clients whose operation team cannot understand English interface. It would be better if you support other languages.

Go deeper into pipedrive integration and allow filtering on deals properties
The notion of deal is badly missing from autopilot and the only way to bring it is through pipedrive integration (maybe salesforce as well but I will never use it). The problem is that you allow filtering on deal status with "check deal stage" but not on deal properties. You do this with the contacts : "check person field", why not doing it with deals ? It would solve many problems and allow a lot more possibilities for personalisation.

Fix Pipedrive's Threading Issue
Pipedrive currently threads together any emails where the subject line and two or more participants are matching.
This creates a problem, because Autopilot routes responses to our journey emails from our reply-to email address (instead of the original sender).
As a result, email responses from completely different customers end up threaded together in Pipedrive.
I am not sure whether this should be fixed on the Autopilot side or Pipedrive side, but I think it could be fixed on either end. Autopilot could probably fix this issue simply by using the original sender’s email address when forwarding along the emails to…
