Pre-Recorded Voice Call Action
It is currently possible to create a Twilio action in which a contact is sent an SMS from Twilio when the trigger applies. I would also like to be able to have Twilio automatically call the contact with a pre-recorded (non bot / human) message. This appears to be possible through the Twilio API according to https://www.twilio.com/docs/voice/twiml/play
We would use this in relation to lead generation campaigns where the person would immediately receive a phone call upon filling out the lead form thanking them for their interest and letting them know the next step in the process or encouraging them…9 votes -

Geo-location choice for the cookie feature plus extending it beyond autopilot tracking
Can you make the cookie feature country dependent?
So it will be possible to show the message only to the 28 countries of the EU?
Plus, to my understanding after talking to the support, it only enables or blocks website tracking for autopilot, which means that for GDPR compliance it might not be enough? and I will need to use something else. Can you extend it to any kind of website tracking?1 vote -
allow the delay function to include merge tags that are date fields
It would be great when setting a delay to be able to command the delay to perform an action "x" days before/after a date that is specified in a merge tag.
We have unique deadlines that vary for each contact in autopilot that are merge tags. For example: "3 days after --contract date--" or "7 days before --closing date--".
This would make your platform so much more versatile just by adding the ability to insert a merge tag into the delay function!

Native integration with Typeform
A request to add the option to have native integration with Typeform so those that complete a form do not have to continuously type their email address. We use surveys and other such options along customer journeys, many can do this as it is a great way to maintain lead engagement, and as Autopilot is a customer journey software, perhaps this is a feature work supporting.

OptinMonster is a powerful conversion optimization & lead generation software. It would be helpful if you could directly interact with this instead of through Zapier.

Allow selective syncing of Pipedrive Contacts and Leads
It currently syncs all Contacts only with zero flexibility. Many of the Contacts stored in Pipedrive are not active.
I would like to be able to selectively sync Leads or Contacts based on field value(s) or Pipedrive filters (e.g. Lead status is Open), same as Salesforce.217 votes -
Multiple team members for proactive headsup
Add multiple team members to the proactive heads-up so that it's not just the same person each time. Maybe allow A/B testing to see who receives the most responses/opens as well!

Refine the reports page so that selections filter next results
I thins would improve every user's life immediately. :) I know, big claim.
The report function currently defaults to return results for each and every journey. It would be so great if, once dates are entered, the resulting filtered list showed only journeys that launched in that date range. And, likewise, only the email files associated with the selected journeys.
Currently, the system has to spin a while to bring up any of the election options as it’s loading everything in the drop down.

Undo/reverse actions in the Journeys' Canvas
Undo actions in the Journeys' Canvas.
It happened more than once. When moving or editing shapes, I accidentally deleted or made a faux-pas. And I just wish there was an "undo", or "reverse last action" button.

SMS link to when user click on the link seen as Contact Not Anonymous
When a User clicks on a Journey Email, Autopilot Connect the dots and see the traffic as X user, this is not happening on SMS links to the website so traffic is all Anonymous.

Integrate with Webinar Service Provider Demio (demio.com)
Demio has a great webinar service with all the bells and whistles I want in a webinar experience but the only way to get registrants into Autopilot is via Zapier. With Autopilot there could be some really great journeys.

Update to Segment Field Mapping UI
If you add many fields and hit "UPdate Field Mappings" and there is an error. The fields get created, but the mapping doesn't go through... so then I have to go back, delete the "Add new field" and then select the field that has been added before the error.. super annoying.

Add contact to all lists with one click
I would like the option to add a contact and in one click add them to all lists. Sometimes a contact might be included in all or a majority. Would be easier in a majority situation to add to all and then just remove the few that you don't want. Thanks

Auto-capitalize names within form submissions
Auto-capitalise all names within a form submission - it sucks to deliver a message to a recipient with a lowercase on their name, even if that is how they submitted it, all names should be capitalized and it should be a SUPER easy fix that ensures all messaging is as professional as possible!

"Quick view" option from journey screen
You should be able to hover over the tile in the journey to be able to get a "quick glance" of that email, instead of having to click into it and wait for it to load
