  1. Support HTML in Merge Tags

    Ability to parse up HTML via the API with an associated customer record - this could facilitate things such as order summary details, custom html content and so on.

    Currently this is supported by mandrill and mailchimp.

  2. Add a "last activity" field for contacts

    In the contacts list, there is a CREATED field. It would be useful to have a "LAST ACTIVITY" field as well so we can identify which contacts are still live and which aren't. The field can mean the last date the contact went through any particular action

  3. Social media tracking and automation

    i would like to get social media activity of our contacts to show up in our contact feeds. Did contact twitter or retwitter. Did they like one of our pages on facebook. Did they post a link to our domain in linked in. It would be great if we could then trigger replies and or responses - social media messages etc.

  4. Pipeliner CRM

    It would be great if AP could connect to Pipeliner CRM. Both tools are very highly rated on G2 Crowd. In fact Pipeliner CRM has the highest user feedback rating of all CRMs.

    That's why I moved to their system. However even with Zapier there's no real way to get them to share crucial data.

    .. at the basic level I think it would be as simple (in concept) as when I send a Contact and email via Autopilot and have that email message post in the Pipeliner feed (Contact) so when I go to the CRM I can see…

    Permit strings of html to be parsed up and recognised as a custom field against a customer record - allow highly customisable content for individual users.

  8. Manage Emails, Customise Account Company and User Info

    It would be great to be able to be able to access all emails from a main menu option and create folders, upload specific auto mails to these folders, duplicate and edit templates and so on.

    Then, it would be great to be able to create an account company from which a logo, company address, links, social links etc can be created and added, so that when designing an email you can select to automatically populate this information - logo goes at top of email, company address and unsubscribe link for that list goes to the bottom.

  9. Allow for journey testing by admins

    Allow admins to test journeys before publishing them. This feature would allow admins to build a journey and then test it, if required, changing delay times to a matter of seconds or minutes to allow for each stage to be processed and visualised before publishing live.

  13. Autosave on creating new email template and option to save when user hits cross or "Go Back"

    I would like to propose a feature to autosave email template content while you are creating it. Currently the only way to save is by hitting publish, which is not intuitive, as a user thinks he has to complete the email template entirely before hitting publish. I lost an hours worth of work when I hit cross on top right by mistake and everything was lost. So autosave would go a long way to help this.   14. Make Salesforce sync error notifications more prominent

    While these are accessible deep in the Settings page, it would be great to see them more prominently on the dashboard (via a badge or notification) so they can be quickly resolved. Otherwise, it may take days or weeks to realize that there is a sync problem.

  15. Set User Activities (email open, click, etc) in SalesForce as "Completed"

    When activities are posted to SalesForce as a result of prospect behavior, those activity records are not flagged as Complete, so they clog up our incomplete sales tasks lists.

    Would love to be able to group custom fields as well as the ability to order them in the 'manage custom fields' section of contacts. An example of fields I would like to group are the age, gender, height and weight.

  20. Release a Gmail extension for Chrome

    B2B marketers especially need to be able to change Lead / Contact Status with their prospecting and nurturing work. For those of us using Gmail, being able to do simple operations like that - when we know Status can be tied to workflow or campaigns - is helpful. It means we can move Leads from one workflow to another without leaving email.
