Log IP addresses for all visitors. Create Segments depending on IP/Country
When someone visits, track at the bare minimum their country via IP. This way we can segment journeys based on their location when they fill out a form.

Allow Autopilot to read Ninja Forms for WordPress
I just spent 3hrs building a form on Ninja Forms, only to find out that Autopilot won't actually read the form. I went to go the Zapier route but they require you to purchase the add-on to use it. Contact Form 7 is nothing like Ninja Forms, and Ninja Forms is used by significantly more people. Please consider adding this!

Make Salesforce sync error notifications more prominent
While these are accessible deep in the Settings page, it would be great to see them more prominently on the dashboard (via a badge or notification) so they can be quickly resolved. Otherwise, it may take days or weeks to realize that there is a sync problem.

Allow to add / modify salutation fields
Allow us to edit / add the values of Salutation to add more or even change the localization (say "Señor" instead of "Mr.")...

Option to set phone number as unique identifier instead of email
In asian markets, lots of people don't use email address, but are heavily reliant on their phones. Therefore some companies benefit from using a phone number as unique identifier instead of email.

Enable reporting that tracks what Email Client, Browser, and Operating System the recipient is on when performing the Email Interaction and writes it on the activity record in Salesforce.

Assign Leads to Queues in Salesforce
Salesforce supports the idea of Queues. For lead assignments for example, these can be a holding place where different team members can go in and grab an item off the queue.
Salesforce itself supports assigning leads to a Queue, but the Autopilot Salesforce Assign Lead action currently does not.

Round-robin functionality for the Assign to Group action (in addition to random)
It would be great we could assign a SFDC lead to group in a round robin fashion. This would assure an even distribution of leads to our teams.

Add "Due Date" for completed tasks entered into Salesforce.com
When adding a completed task to Salesforce.com, it's critical to have the "Due Date" field entered in, as well, for the date that task was input/completed. Otherwise, all those completed tasks are disappearing to the bottom of the task list on a contact/account.

Allow journey stats to be reset after testing
I test journeys a lot and once they're ready, I'd like to reset the analytics so that future results don't include the test submissions I typically make.

Possibility to build lists based on SFDC "account" / Autopilot "companies" properties. Today we can only build lists with "contact" fields
This is a problem when you are trying to build a list or a journey that involves any information stored in the Salesforce account object. I don't understand why we can sync account fields if we can't leverage those...
A concrete use case for us would be to use the version number that our customers are using to send migration offers. Or, what type of modules they already purchased to send them offers on other modules. All this information is stored in the account for us.
