Custom Reports
It would be very convenient to be able to run reports based on certain criteria. For example, I want to see all of the journey data for all contacts that are on a certain list or all contacts that have "x" value for "y" field.

Notification Emails come from my system's default email address but with the contact's name. I want the option to customize the sender name and sender email for Notification Emails.

Allow incremental updates to user fields
We have a complex web app, so the user journey is not a linear/explicit one. What we'd rather do is add points to users based on e.g. company and types of actions taken, so at some point they mature into sales-qualified opportunities and are moved to Salesforce for the sales team to contact directly.
So, I'd like to be able to do an incremental add to a custom user field, e.g. when a user invites a friend, we add +10 points to their "Points" field for every invited user.
Now we'd need to track the points in a separate place…

Check option field should support logical OR (via commans)
Similar to the smart segment, it would be nice if the check option field would support logical ORs (via commas).
For example, if I wanted to segment based on state, I could select Mailing State, and then enter in:
'm using a check field option - does that support multiple entries comma separated?
Minnesota, Colorado, Texas
And it would logically OR these three states. Currently the check option field only supports up to three terms.

Global variables
I'd love to have the ability to establish and change global variables that could be used in emails. Thee might be used to discuss the curresnt weather or the value of a certain stock. You could call these and use them across segments.

Allow Liquid Syntax to Have Hyperlinks (Link from Dynamic Content)
It's great that we can load dynamic content based on users behavior but we'd like to allow our users to click that content.
Use case: We have an article recommendation system and I'd like to populate parts of our emails with content for that user and let them click though to read the full article.
For some reason, the 'Send Test' function works for this but not when you push it into production (which we learned the very hard way).

Development of embeddable widget of Activity Feed for other applications
The Activity Feed is an invaluable asset to "know your customer." As wonderful as the customer journeys are within AutoPilotHQ, the data around how the customer has been communicated to and how they have interracted with you should be available to pull back into 3rd party applications. The UI of the Activity Feed is very well done, and would make for a very powerful embeddable widget.

Save my timezone in global settings for time delays.
I have to change each delay from LA time to Sydney time and sometimes overlook it which means my emails get sent at the wrong time...

Would like to able store my marketing assets ( HTML email templates, Images, etc) for current & future use. Having this, i would know where my templates and images are and easily find and use them.

Custom Field Comparison Condition
Include a condition where you can compare a numerical or date custom field (1) is greater than, less than, before or after (etc) to another custom field (2) of the same type. This condition could be used in segments and to perform actions.

It would be nice to not have duplicate contacts in journeys
I saw that we could have contacts going into multiple journeys. Is it possible to have a feature that allows to choose whether a contact can go into a journey or not regarding if it's already in another journey ?

Multiple Headsup message style options
It would be great to be able to select different display styles on Headsup messages:
-centered lightbox
-header dropdown message (i.e. Hello Bar)
-bottom right modalIt seems like the difficult part of building the logic of when to trigger Headsup has been done - this is just giving us options to choose what message is displayed and how.
